Apartment is not within the main house, however, is “attached to the garage of the main house”. Located within walking distance to City park, Hospital & a Performing Arts Center. University of Louisiana, Cajundome & Convention Center, shopping & local restaurant favorites are within a mile. Kitchen area is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker & a toaster.

The neighborhood is very family friendly. Be sure to listen for the ice cream truck that passes!
