Holiday rentals with a patio in Broussard

Katie was awesome! Super responsive. She has the best recommendations of the area - which are vital and useful for this part of the world. It’s super quiet, centrally located to the various venues. Most importantly was Katie’s kindness and promptness with responding. The morning I checked out there was a flood warning. She was so thoughtful and offered to extend the checkout time. I will definitely return here one day. Thank you Katie!

My husband, son and I had the best weekend in this adorable place. It is furnished with everything you need to a have a comfortable stay, down to a white noise machine! The linens smelled great and the bed was very comfortable. The Hive market across the street was so charming, and we enjoyed breakfast and coffee there. Our breakfast was delicious. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Great stay

Great location, close to restuarants. Host is very responsive and easy to work with. Airbnb has a nice comfry bed and huge bathroom. We messed up our booking initially and the host was very accommodating and checked up on us while we were there. Its a very quite area. It is located right behind thier home, just a note for easy location.

Simply wonderful. You think little else matters because the location is the best, but it turns out the apt. is indeed excellent and Nathanael and Courtney most welcoming and responsive. Also, the great live oak nearby gifts you with wonderful birdie songs when you’re sipping coffee (or other drinkies) on the wide, shaded balcony. Superb!

The Carriage House was great! Clean, comfortable and extreme well furnished and supplied. Patrick was very helpful and responsive when we had a question. I would highly recommend this in New Iberia.

Run - don't walk to this serene, beautiful home. John is an amazing host, very knowledgeable about the area, the history and the home. Absolute perfect getaway that includes a dock on the bayou behind the home and quiet grounds. I will most definitely be back!!!

Everything was wonderful at Matty’s place! It was spotless and nicely decorated. (I feel like every day we stumbled upon another piece of art or stylish decor we hadn’t seen before! ) We had everything we needed and especially appreciated the laundry detergent and other items provided for our convenience. I love that it was close enough to walk or run into downtown every day and explore the history and local art Lafayette has to offer. We branched out and visited Avery Island (home of Tabasco and jungle gardens/bird sanctuary ), the AcadianVillage , and Rip van Winkle gardens - all within a reasonable drive! It was nice to come back to relax in the spacious house or on the covered porch after a day of exploring. The office space was nice for my mom as she had to do a little work while we were there and internet worked fabulously. Thank you, Matty for hosting us!

My colleagues and I had a great time at Five Oaks Farms! We enjoyed coffee on the rocking chairs with the chickens in before and after our work days. The house and beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and lots of little attentions everywhere. Great morning farm eggs too. Thank you, we will be back!

Beautiful home with a big front porch and magnificent magnolia tree. Good location you can walk downtown from here.. kitchen has everything you can think of but you might have to hunt for some stuff.

This was one of my favorite locations so far and I travel for work. It has a unique layout and well thought out design. Will book again in the future.

Amazing place to stay for the week! Clean and well kept, the few things we ran into Diana was extremely quick with responses and so kind! The area of the air bnb was great too, small townhome neighborhood set back and off a main road, very easy to get around town. Lots of grass areas for our pups. Will definitely stay again!!!!

Had a lovely time! Apartment was clean and tidy and within great distance to everything. It was quiet and comfortable with a lovely courtyard to sit in. I really enjoyed my trip!

Wanted just a relaxing weekend and we got that!!! Great location!!! The couch was so comfy I took more naps on the couch than the comfy bed. Super close to so many great places as well
