Beautiful loft apartment located in the charming village of Noisy-sur-école 67 km southeast of Paris. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the ‘Trois Pignons’ forest, a well-known destination for climbing (bouldering). Two crash pads are offered in the rental. A 10-minute drive takes you to the town of Milly-la-Forêt, which has exceptional bakeries, cheese / wine shops, and a famous market. A 20-minute drive takes you to other historical villages and castles, including Fontainebleau.

La forêt devant le portail d'entrée et la campagne à l'arrière offrent de grandes promenades et randonnées. Un Jacuzzi à l’année, des jeux de société, une petite salle de projection, un babyfoot de café , des livres et BD, une cuisine aménagée ainsi qu'une grande cheminée vous permettent de profiter de la maison.

Elle est idéale pour les séjours en famille (jeux pour enfants) ou entre amis. La maison est indépendante avec un jardin clos. Proche des rochers d'escalade et à 1 heure de Paris. La fourniture des draps (lits faits à votre arrivée), linge de toilettes et de maison sont inclus dans le tarif.

Vous serez dans le parc régional du Gâtinais tout à fait au sud de la région parisienne à 4kms du Loiret seulement. Le GR 655 longe le côté sud du gîte. Situé à 75kms de Paris, 90kms de Disneyland Paris, 35kms de Fontainebleau, ce petit gîte paisible est idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.
