This spacious summerhouse is situated in scenic surroundings 200m from the roaring North Sea - in fact you can hear the ocean from one of the house's many terraces. It has a west-facing terrace overlooking water and protected heather hills and two other terraces, so there is opportunity for lean and sun. The house consists of a house with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom, spa and sauna + space for four overnight guests. The annex has space for four beds and thus ideal for two families or two/three generations.

It is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and wifi that covers the entire 3000m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is available on Saturdays. There may be some bugs at times.

The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests.
