This place is exactly as depicted. Perfect location , walkable , safe , very private apartment. Private backyard area is a great addition to get fresh air in a very private setting. I would definitely book again if available on my needs.

Enjoyed a lovely stay over four nights. Kitchenette was impressively stocked with utensils and everything you could need to cook - and I especially appreciated the little things like filters for the coffee machine. Several thoughtful touches throughout the room that made a positive difference. Check in and out was a breeze, location felt safe, and is walking distance to a Whole foods. Lovely shady seating by the pool. GatorMom was present, greeted me and asked if I needed anything every time I saw her. Overall, I recommend!

Kip was extremely responsive, even after hours one evening when I had accidentally locked myself out. The home was a bit far from my office but that is no fault of the hosts. The neighborhood was beautiful and close to lots of things. They were very friendly and professional!

I had a long-term stay here and loved the place! the location is great and the airbnb was very clean. My shower didn’t drain well and was completely fixed same day, very responsive!
