It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. There is a security camera on the front of house facing door & a security camera facing back deck outside.

It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...). This is our happy place, and we are glad to share it with you during the months we are not enjoying it.
