Ideal for a short stay or a longer break in the lovely picturesque town of Sawbridgeworth, with railway links to London and Cambridge in 40 minutes. Trains also to Stansted Airport in 20 minutes. 10 minute walk in to Sawbridgeworth, where there are several great pubs & restaurants, and to the train station and bus stops. The beautiful river Stort is a 2 minute walk away. Nearby is Hatfield Forest, the Henry Moore foundation and Audley end house. Free parking available. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Aida is an absolutely brilliant host, provided food on arrival along with slippers, clean towels and fresh bedding. An extremely thoughtful host as she communicated with us and made sure we were enjoying our stay. The flat is in a great location with great transport links to the city. We had to take our beloved dog to the Queen Mother Hospital,( part of the Royal Veterinary College,) for chemotherapy, consequently we needed somewhere nearby to stay. We had a terrible journey down, driving in the most horrendous weather arriving ay 10pm. We were greeted by Melanie, Charli's Mum, who could not have been more welcoming, even nipping home to fetch my husband a beer after the strrss of the journey. The property was perfect for our needs...set in a beautifu private location, surrounded by horses and greenery. The property was very clean, and furnished to a very high standard, along with a well - fitted kitchen , with every appliance you could require to cook a meal. The property was nice and private, and we had permission to walk the dog in the beautiful garden. I would highly recommend the property. We are very grateful to Charli and Melanie for their kindness, welcome and hospitality.

The flat was beautiful, full of amenities and in a very convenient area, especially if you’re staying for an event near Tottenham stadium as it’s in the opposite direction of most traffic. Ann-Marie left clear and detailed instructions for check in and check out.
