Completed in July 2021, this 2 1/2 room flat is located on the raised ground floor of a designer villa and has private access. The location is unique: situated directly in the harbour of Vallamand with a unique view of Lake Murten and the Alps. The larger cities of Neuchâtel, Bern and Fribourg are 20 and 30 minutes' drive away respectively. Parking spaces are available on the property. There is a bus stop very close. Welcome!

The house has three bathrooms and three bedrooms, which are spread over the three floors of the house. A living room with terrace plus lounge is one of the many highlights of the house.
