Die 2 von 3 Schlafzimmer sind mit bequemen DB ausgestattet, im 3. Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Etagenbett. 6EB befinden sich in der oberen Etage. Im Garten kann man wunderbar grillen. Bitte beachten Sie das das Haus Nachbarn in unmittelbarer Nähe hat und keine Partys oder Lärm nach 22 Uhr erlaubt sind!

Waldheimat

Willkommen in der Waldheimat! Unser Haus liegt auf fast 1000 Meter Seehöhe am Waldrand im Luftkurort Semmering. Wir haben 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Wohnzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und eine große Küche auf insgesamt etwa 320m2. NEU: Gratis Shuttle während des gesamten Aufenthaltes für alle wichtigen Ziele in der Umgebung. Daher Anreise und Aufenthalt auch rein öffentlich möglich! Das nächste Ski-Gebiet (mit ausreichend Parkplatz) ist 5km entfernt. Für Kinder haben wir ein gut ausgestattetes Spielzimmer.

This lovely and serene hundred-year home at the foot of the Rax is a real gem. Well kept throughout the decades by our family, it is a place which makes you feel at home, in a peaceful and relaxing environment that offers the ideal atmosphere and amenities whether you wish to adventure on the mountains, stay in for a barbecue, go for a stroll over the nearby hills, go for a quick dip in the stream, home-office with a beautiful view, or even just disconnect and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Newly renovated house - Reichenau nature reserve

Experience in our very special, newly renovated cottage moments of silence in the middle of nature reserve. Our house is located at 830 m above sea level in the well known climatic health resort Reichenau - it is the last house on the walking path onto the Rax. You can reach it easily by car, it has 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom, kitchen with wood stove,induction plates,Nespresso + a huge garden. Approx 1 hour out of Vienna. Hiking, biking, walking trails just in front of your doormat.

Gemütliches Appartement im Ski- und Wandergebiet

Naturparadies in Kapellen – Erholung & Abenteuer Erlebe pure Natur im Mürzer Oberland mit Rax & Schneealpe vor der Türe – perfekt zum Wandern, Klettern & Abschalten. Entspanne in der ruhigen Umgebung wie am Naturbadeteich Urani (5min.) oder entdecke Highlights wie das Münster Neuberg. Das nächste Geschäft ist 3 km entfernt, ein Auto wird empfohlen. Optimal zum Skifahren im Winter: 🎿 Stuhleck 15min. 🎿 Niederalpl 20min. Tauche ein in unberührte Landschaften – ich freue mich auf dich!

Bärbel´s Panoramahütte

Bärbel´s Panoramahütte ist für Selbstversorger 40 m2 gross mit eigener Terrasse und sauna stockbett 120 breit eine richtige kuschel hütte und liegt im Ski- und Wandergebiet Präbichl in der Steiermark. Die Hütte verfügt über eine Sonnenterasse und einer Aufguss-Sauna. Der im Wohnraum befindliche Schwedenofen sorgt wohlende Wärme. Am praebichl gibt es zahlreiche wandermöglichkeiten klettersteige, kletterpark und sanften Tourismus. Für Informationen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung.

Waldhaus

Romantic 120-year-old forest cabin in the woods with mountain views. Through the beautiful large linden trees and open views to the mountains, you feel completely secluded, even though the village of Mürzsteg is quite close. Two sleeping options in the living room on the pull-out couch. Two sleeping options on the first floor. The bedroom is only accessible via ladder or from outside, see photos. Children's hotel nearby - occasional gentle sounds of play.

Raus | Tiny House mit Blick über Almwiesen

At our location Almwiese there are 2 cabins about 5 minutes' walk from each other. Each of the two cabins nestles into its own cozy corner of the expansive meadow. Your gaze drifts over lush green fields, picturesque alpine pastures down to small villages. Surrounded by a forest, you may spot deer, squirrels, or wild hares during a walk. From time to time, Japanese cattle graze in a pasture belonging to the neighboring farm.

Chalet Tiny House Klimatisiert

The house is located in Styria in the village Allerheiligen in the Mürztal. This is a nice place in the „Hochsteiermark“, near the Pogusch (known for restaurant "Steirereck"), with many hiking and excursion possibilities (Graz, Peter Roseggers Waldheimat, Mariazell, Mitterdorf climbing Academy, Artacademy Styria and much more.) The place invites you to relax and unwind.
