A comfortable, peaceful but centrally-located apartment, accessed through a shared courtyard gate, but with it's own private entrance door. One comfortable double bed and one sofa bed in the lounge area, the sofa bed is not suitable for adults but comfortable enough for up to two children. It is located in a vibrant town with bars and restaurants to walk to, Access to a large shared courtyard, with your own segregated seating area/space. In the heart of the old district, 5 minutes walk from downtown and 3 minutes from the Canal de Berry. Accommodation adjoining the owners' home, Georges and Pierre welcome you. The living room is on the ground floor with its fully equipped kitchen area and living room, access to a bucolic backyard shared in a spirit of coffee shop. The bathroom with a washing machine and the toilet are separated. The sleeping area is upstairs, the landing serves two attic bedrooms.
