A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Alldeles för sig själv, längst bort på vår tomt ligger vår lilla stuga i en skogsglänta. Här är lugnt och tyst. Bara natur och på badrocksavstånd finns en varm badsjö. Hela området genomkorsas av härliga promenadstråk och det är en knapp km ner till havsviken. Herrbret, som vi kallar stugan, har en härlig altan i solläge på framsidan. Allt är fräscht och nybyggt i gammal stil men med modern standard och utrustning. Stugan är avsedd som en skön avkopplande oas för två personer i naturens närhet

Welcome to this newly built guest house in beautiful Saltsjöbaden. In the house, there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed for two. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and a dishwasher. The spacious bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there is also a pleasant patio where you can enjoy the fresh air. The lake is a stone's throw away. Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Ibland får vi besök av älgar och rådjur! Kom hem till oss för att varva ner och njuta av Stockholms skärgårds lugna puls. Vi har ett Bastu-tält placerat året om på altanen, njut!
