Sunnanäng Hilltop - cozy with amazing views

It's easy to feel comfortable here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive, and clean towels are provided. This is a really cozy 27 sqm cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29 sqm veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private plot (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

Here you live quietly and peacefully in the countryside with the forest around the corner and proximity to lakes and winter activities such as Romme and Säfsen. The guest house is nestled in our garden – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm), a living room with a sofa bed, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. Bed linens and towels are included. Electric car charging is available. Central and close to everything! 500 meters to swimming area/ice rink in winter The forest around the house and about 1 km to the city center where there are train connections. Quiet area and good neighbors. There's space for 2 cars in the driveway and one in the carport.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Det finns en lillstuga under sommartid med 2 bäddar som kan hyras mot en avgift på 350 kr/dygn. Städning mot avgift. Sängkläder/handdukar mot avgift. Stugan har stor veranda med fantastisk sjöutsikt. Gångavstånd till badplats med sandstrand. Upptäck museum, fik, gokart, Spa, fisketurer, skidor utför/ längd.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende utanför Ludvika centrum. Här har du fina skogsstigar direkt från huset, 100 meter till sjön och det finns gott om plats för lek på gården. Till Romme alpin är det ca 30 minuter och till Säfsen ca 45 minuter med bil. Är vintern kall drar Väsman vinterarena spår för skridskoåkning på sjön. Boendet är rökfritt

Relax in this cozy and peaceful lake house with your partner, friends or family. The cottage is located 15 minutes by car to popular Romme Alpin or 15 minutes by car to Borlänge. During spring, summer, autumn, there is also a guest house on the property to use where another double bed is available and thus it can accommodate more people.

Come and stay at our small organic farm. You have your own nice house by the lake with access to a sauna. Take a walk in the forest or on the paths around the farm and say hi to the animals.
