Dans lotissement calme et verdoyant, pour se détendre et oublier tous les tracas de la journée, a proximité de toutes les commodités nécessaires, supermarché netto, boulangerie, pizzeria, banque.... les amateurs de promenade et de vélo, pourront profiter pleinement vélo route le Long du Doubs. le centre ville de Besançon est a une dizaine de minutes en voiture. parking privé au pied de logement.

Overnight in a Jura wine estate

Historical seigniorial house, where we built our wine cellar and set up an singular life area, working on comfort without forgetting the spirit of the place. The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. In the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms, organized with double beds or twin beds, separated toilets and air conditioned. A bottle of wine of the domaine is offered for your welcoming.

Un POD en bois de 17m2,chaleureux,avec un confort moderne et tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison. Les 2 terrasses,dont l'une dotée d'un jacuzzi chauffé toute l'année à 38° (option 50e),offrent une vue dégagée sur un vallon, l'environnement y est calme. Le grill finlandais et le sauna sont en option. Situé entre Besançon (15mn) et le Jura(20mn),la vallée de la Loue(10mn) et celle du Doubs(5mn),notre village est idéalement placé pour rayonner au travers de cette belle région.

Piscine non chauffée. Barrière de sécurité amovible. Draps, serviettes de toilettes et ménage inclus. Salon de jardin, 4 transats, barbecue, jeu de badminton, molky, jeux de société. Fête interdite. La maison ne sera pas louée à des groupes de jeunes. Nous souhaitons proposer la maison à des familles.

Nice accommodation (in a residential house) (about 70 m2) located 15 km from Besançon and 5 minutes from the Franche-Comté TGV station, a few meters from a farm. Exterior entrance by stairs. Two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine with a bed each for two people. The second bedroom is accessible by a spiral staircase. Walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed. Places to see: Vauban citadel of Besançon, Haut-Doubs, Switzerland (100 km)...

Enjoy one or more nights in a medieval Burgundian castle! This home is a two-bedroom suite, one of which is in a tower (no kitchen). They are tiled with terracotta and the French ceiling is made of oak. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower (Languedoc marble and Burgundy stone) and a toilet. Breakfast, served in a room of the castle, is included in the price shown. Accommodation for 4 people, or 5 with an extra bed.

I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.
