An excellent apartment at the top of the Appalachians with a stunning view from the balcony. You can take amazing mountain photos right from the parking lot!! The apartment has everything you need — it’s clean, all appliances work, the Wi-Fi is great, there are board games, and the kitchen is fully stocked — the table was even set for the four of us when we arrived. The listing was very clear, but for the few small questions we had, Otto responded quickly, kindly, and precisely. We highly recommend staying here and definitely plan to return to this beautiful apartment in the Smoky Mountains.

Deb was very friendly and always responded quickly! The place looked exactly like the pictures and the local recommendations were great! It’s close to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and the view is perfect. A strong 10/10!

The views are worth every penny!!! The place was very clean, comfortable beds. If I had to pick one thing, I wish it had a Keurig coffee maker

Easy to find, great location to shops, restaurants, Anakeesta and more. clear instructions to get in. The place was very clean. The elevators were clean and smooth running. The bed was super comfortable and the bedding was soft. We enjoyed staying here. Also if I'm being picky, I would have liked suger and cream for my coffee. ( Coffee was provided) Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay very much - beautiful setting, very quiet, perfect size for us, easy access to gsmnp & other services & no surprises :-) The host's communications were all to the point & very clear. We'd definitely stay here again.

We are usually in Waynesville at least twice each year, and Mainstay has become our choice of accommodations. We agree with all the positive comments regarding location, cleanliness and comfort, and the high quality of the building renovation. The laminated wood trusses in the main room are especially impressive. The photos don't show the inside of the elevator, but it is as clean and modern as the rest of the building, and has the added advantage of making it possible to take all your stuff up to the apartment in one trip (or, in our case, four trips). The host's level of service is every bit as excellent as the physical appointments--all our requests, whether before, during, or after our stays, have always been met with a rapid response that answers our questions and solves our problems.

Great spot that’s walkable to great restaurants, parks and shopping. Short drive into the national park. Our flight was cancelled and Stephanie responded right away and set us up for another night which relieved some of the stress of the situation. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall our stay was great, big enough for the four people we had in our group. Any drive was about 30 minutes away which wasn’t to bad! Quite but that was probably also because we didn’t have anyone in the second part of the house at the time of our trip. 10/10 would recommend!

The condo was exactly as described. It was very comfortable for our family of four. Well stocked kitchen, homey decorations. We especially loved the screen porches. Richard sent clear instructions for check in and check out. Overall, a very nice stay!

Condo was as described, clean and neat. Great value, great for people with pets. Highlight is the large deck overlooking the woods and golf course. Host was very responsive. Only con was limited closet / dresser space which was not a problem for a short stay.

These cabins are really super cool and they are just a couple of blocks to the heart of town. We loved walking to town for breakfast and dinner. There are so many great restaurants in town but make sure to check out the Everett Hotel Bistro (reservation recommended), The Rice Wagon, Mountain Layers Brewing (live music most nights), and Bryson Bakery on the Square. You can also walk to a convenience store and Walgreens which was super convenient. You are only an hour to Asheville and 30 minutes to several great little towns with great restaurants and breweries. You are 15 minutes drive to great hiking and floats also. The space is very nice and great for a pet also! Last thing, we work remote and both used the WIFI for zoom calls all week with no issues at all.

Corey was a great host. The place was just like the pictures. Everything we needed was there and in great shape. The morning coffees on the back porch was a highlight. I took my son here for a golf trip to celebrate his graduation and he really loved being right on the course. We even had some deer come visit our back. Will definitely stay here again if we are heading to the area. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very convenient to our son's wedding venue on Lake Fairfield. The area is so beautiful and Kim's place was very clean, well appointed and updated. It was easy to find and easy to access per the directions. Kim was always responsive to any questions I had and the clear communication was appreciated. We would definitely book again.

Kylie was an amazing host! The place was clean, cozy, and had all the great amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small hiccup with the thermostat not working at first, but Kylie was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within an hour — truly impressive response time! Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Kylie!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

I want to thank Shane for working with us when an item was left behind and allowed us to go back to get that item. I'm originally from the area that came back home for UT graduation. I just spent about 4 months last year in the East Tn area taking care of an elderly parent until their passing during which had me missing my upbringing years with vacations in the mountains. The rushing creek at this place brought back so many memories camping in the mountains near rushing streams and falling asleep to those sounds. This place brought back those memories with the rushing stream and sounds of the birds and the wisping winds through the trees. The smell of the forest just brings back so much fond childhood memories from East Tn. I miss my home of "hills" with the Appalachians on one side and the Cumberlands on the other side.

we had a great visit, the condo was clean ,cozy, and felt like home. easy access to downtown. parking was a little crazy at the condo because they had a large gathering of folks the weekend we visited. definitely will be visiting again soon.

10/10 will recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with the family. You walk in to an open floor plan with a lot of natural lighting. The kitchen is spacious with all up to date appliances I want that microwave just for the popcorn setting you will never burn your popcorn lol. Primary bedroom and bathroom is great with every room having an entrance to the very spacious back porch. We absolutely loved our stay and this will be are go to Airbnb when we visit this part of the mountains. My only complaint will be not having a carbon monoxide detector, with a gas fireplace and gas stove I feel like that is a must so I went to Walmart the next day and brought a plug in/battery operated just to feel a little more safe. I was going to leave it but didn’t know if they will dispose of it so if you are extra cautious like me I will advise you to bring one. But all in all can’t wait for our next vacation in this Airbnb!!

The highlight of our trip was spotting three black bears right from the front balcony—such an unforgettable experience! Loved it! The view was amazing, the space was spotless, and the amenities were great! Bring your own coffee as they don't provide it, they do provide a drip coffee maker.

This is a great location if attending an event downtown. It’s just far enough away to allow privacy but an easy walk to downtown.

We love this condo! So close to GSMNP & Roaring Fork — and you can walk to downtown without ever having to move your car. Beautiful furnishings & we loved the coffee bar and the snacks they left for us. This was our 2nd time staying here & we’ll definitely be back.
