A clarification: the land is not fenced. To observe the animals of the farmyard, geese, sheep,... nature and birds of prey and hares in particular.

The wooden chalet is independent of the owners' house. It is composed on the ground floor (20 m²) of a kitchenette open to the living/dining room and a bathroom. On the mezzanine (10 m² with a maximum height of 1.80 m), you will find a small bedroom opening onto a 10 m² terrace.
