We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

Do you dream of taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city? How about replacing the noise of cars with the sound of the forest and the view of the lazy flowing Warta River? We offer a cozy 5-person cottage with an attic bedroom for 3 people and a sofa bed in the living room for two people (or an extra bed for a child up to 3 years of age). A fully equipped kitchen, where in addition to the gas hob you will find an old fuel kitchen, the so-called English kitchen, if someone wanted to bake bread on their own, and more.

Welcome to Lake Chill. 4 comfortable barn cottages right on Lake Mierzyńskie. The cottages were built on an ancient settlement from the Bronze Age. This place has been extremely charming for thousands of years, attracting people who willingly settled here, taking advantage of the benefits of the nearby, forests and river. This fact is confirmed by the discovery, during the construction of the resort, of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistoric times. A separate apartment is available on the 2nd floor of the house. The house is located in the center of Sieraków, located on the edge of the Noteć Forest. Jaroszewskie Lake is located 3 km from the city. This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.
