Lake Chill Dom Kormorana

Welcome to Lake Chill. 4 comfortable barn-type cottages right next to Lake Mierzyński. The cottages were built on an ancient settlement from the Bronze Age. This place has been extremely charming for thousands of years, attracting people who willingly settled here, taking advantage of the benefits of the nearby, forests and river. This fact is confirmed by the discovery, during the construction of the resort, of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistoric times. You will relax and experience beautiful moments with us.

Old Forge - Cottage in the Noteć Forest

Do you dream of taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city? What if I had to turn the buzz of cars into the sound of the forest and the lazy view of the Warta River? At your disposal we offer a cosily furnished 5-bed house with a bedroom in the attic for 3 people and a sofa bed in the living room for two people (or the possibility of an extra bed for a child up to 3 years of age). A fully equipped kitchen where, in addition to a gas plate, you will find an old English fireplace in case someone wants to bake bread and more.

Całoroczne domy wypoczynkowe położone w zacisznej okolicy na skraju Puszczy Noteckiej, miedzy jeziorami w pobliżu rzeki. Wokół łąki i lasy. Na terenie dostępne miejsca do grillowania, palenisko, plac zabaw, boiska sportowe(piłka nożna, siatkówka, bule) oraz miejsca relaksu. Miejsce idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi, osób aktywnych oraz lubiących relaks w ciszy. Idealne miejsce wypadowe na spacery i wycieczki rowerowe. W części wspólnej obiektu znajdują się sauna/balia dostępne w godz. od 18.00-21.30

Marylin Turkus Station

We brought two train wagons into the middle of the forest - Notec Forest. We named them Turquoise and Magenta. Turquoise was built in 1939. Since 1984, it served as a technical wagon and used to ride the tracks until 2022. Magenta was built in 1972 and also drove as a technical wagon until 2022. We have renovated the beautiful old wagons and converted into quirky, sparse accommodations. We have preserved arched ceilings, the steel skeleton has been surrounded by wood and added new colours.

Red House

This cottage, built in the American style in 2025, is truly special. It is directly adjacent to a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling is done by means of a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the surrounding countryside.

A separate apartment is available on the 2nd floor of the house. The house is located in the center of Sieraków, located on the edge of the Noteć Forest. Jaroszewskie Lake is located 3 km from the city. The village is located in the Land of 100 Lakes and the Sieraków Landscape Park, numerous bicycle trails, a good place for those who like peace and quiet. Bosco is an Italian forest. We were enchanted by the surrounding beech forest, which is part of a nature reserve with two lakes with a beautiful emerald color of water. Located on a glacial site, it enchants the landscape, with year-round colors and stunning views. This place made us want to build a home in natural technology, with an environment designed to make it a pleasure to spend time there.

White cottage

You are welcome to stay in the guest house at the back of the house. 100 m to the tram stop, the city stadium, the stadium itself is 500 m away free parking on the street and on the property. The hot water boiler has a capacity of 50L, so please keep this in mind.
