Drive down Kentucky scenic highway 89 South just 9 miles south of McKee. The cabin is newly built and set back in a secluded area with a small creek running right beside the cabin and a larger creek just across the road. The Cabin on Panther Branch is a perfect place to come fish and kayak on the creek. Bring your ATV’s, side by side or dirt bikes and enjoy miles and miles of riding in S-Tree Tower in the Daniel Boone National Forest. We don’t think you will be disappointed with your stay.

Located only 1 mile from Manchester and half a mile from the Federal Correction Institution, the Cabin is in a rural setting yet close to everything. PLEASE NOTE: The Cabin is adjacent to a KY State Highway Garage and there’s no guarantee you won’t hear some heavy equipment noise sometimes. WiFi is 100 mbps. The Mennonite Bakery is less than a mile down the road and the swinging bridges and river are also nearby. Hiking, biking, walking and four-wheeling are all within an easy drive.

If you are a history buff, interested in Appalachian culture, or just want a charming, outdoorsy and secluded getaway, this cabin is for you. This newly freshened, mid-century home is located in the city limits of Manchester, KY, a Trail Town. It sits just a few hundred feet from the Salt Works Village and boat ramp to Goose Creek. It is a short walk or drive to one of our many swinging bridges, the Clay County Historical Society, and a number of restaurants, stores, and churches. A five minute drive can have you to the Federal Correctional Institute, AdventHealth Manchester Hospital, or Beech Creek Campground and Lake.

Walkers Branch Airbnb overlooks a beautiful pond on our 17 acres of woodland all surrounded by the Daniel Boone National Forest. There's so much to do in the area from four-wheeling trails, horseback riding trails, or hiking on well established trails in the S-Tree Tower and Horse Lick creek areas. It's a real treat to see all the wildlife in the area, such as deer, and wild turkey roaming around!

This cabin is set back into the woods for a little added privacy Queen bed,sleeps 2 persons. Perfect place for a romantic getaway. This is a very quiet place even with other cabins rented, you feel as though you're in your own little world. Come visit, you be sure to come back! ALL pets must be in a crate when left unattended in the cabin! We now offer limited TV although reception is poor.
