Kathy was an amazing host, we felt so taken care of at Flint Hill farm. The farm was tidy and peaceful and Kathy could not have been kinder and more accommodating! Highly recommended if in the area. The farm fresh breakfast is not to be missed!

Kathy was super nice and was very responsible and responsive. She made sure I was settled when I arrived and gave me extra accommodations when the weather showed it was going to flood. I didn't technically stay in this A-Frame due to the weather, but I'd stay anywhere Kathy is again!!! Cute, friendly cowboys working around the property while I was there always said hello. The raw milk in the shop is the best I've ever drank, and the Kefir is soo good. Amazing Airbnb, book now!!!

Kristin is a kind and accommodating host with a very nice family who kept me up to date while making ongoing improvements to the house, and graciously offered me a choice of rooms as they became available. She tries to keep her residents happy and creates a comfortable living space with a relaxing atmosphere. The only drawback for me - the proximity of room # (Elliott's) to the busy road - is something Kristin expressly disclosed up-front and, again, was also willing to switch as soon as a quieter room was available. The room rates are very fair for such a nice character property and the rear garden, which comes with a prolific vegetable garden, is a highlight. The garden goes back a long way and can be host to wandering deer and other wildlife. The remodeled basement bathroom is also very good and the kitchen is a nice place to hang out. Thanks for a great stay.

Jamie’s house by the river was the perfect get away for our family. The backyard was so peaceful and the pool was a great place to cool off and have fun (if you have little kids just be careful with the flagstones around the pool). The furniture was comfortable, especially the bed in the primary suite! We enjoyed many meals at the big dinning room table. Jamie gave us great recommendations and was so responsive. He was a terrific host. We would definitely come back!

Great location a little outside town. Perfect setting and great small place for my mom and I and are dogs to spend the weekend. We were able to walk the canal every morning and have an active day.

We had a great stay. My kids very much enjoyed the animals and walking around the farm.

This AirBnb is awesome, me and my girlfriend loved it so much. You can see the sheep from the windows of the space. A few of the sheep will let you pet them, especially the one tagged 6672-2121, who came over for pets 4 times! The space is extremely nice and looks just like the photos. John talked to us about the sheep and was very friendly. I cannot recommend the place enough!

Annette was extremely kind and accomodating. Our room was comfortable and our bathroom was clean. We had everything we needed given to us right at the start of the stay. Annette provided wonderful breakfast options as well. Overall, it is an extremely cozy and peaceful place to stay where you will have everything you need. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at this pull-camper on a beautiful horse stable was fantastic! The peaceful setting, surrounded by friendly horses was a highlight—our tiny dog, Lucky, loved it too. The host Cindy was incredibly thoughtful, leaving ice in the freezer and a "bark basket" filled with goodies for Lucky. The camper has three beds (one queen in the bedroom, two singles in the living room), perfect for our family of 4. The fire pit kept us cozy at night, and the grill, though we didn’t use it, is a great touch. Have the mind set of disconnecting from technology, and connecting with nature, because the connection even with wifi wasn't functioning. Highly recommend this pet-friendly, serene retreat!

We just wanted to say thank for Prasant for the wonderful stay at your home. It was exactly what we were hoping for – from the setup to all the thoughtful details that made a big difference. The house was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed – including coffee, which was a great touch! This place is great! It had some "old school" airbnb charm, and seems priced fairly. It had lots of personal touches like snacks and drinks, and the property is beautiful and nicely secluded. We looked at stars one night and toured a farm with strawberry picking on the way out! Note that one bedroom of the three is in a public area, but all beds are spacious and comfortable.

Perfect spot our growing clan needed for the long weekend of my youngest son's wedding at the nearby Pearl S. Buck Estate! Plenty of room to spread out and have privacy when needed while also thoroughly enjoying the communal spaces like the deck, fire pit and kitchen! LOVED our fresh eggs from the dear lady chickens each day and feeding the goats was a joy for my 2-year old grand - truly delightful! Thank you to our kind and responsive host Amy for answering my myriad questions as we planned so many family activities from afar.

Great place for a family stay (we came for graduation but good for any purpose)! The place is clean and quiet and the animals are very cute =) The host went out of her way to welcome us even if we arrived at 11:00 pm at night!

Highly recommend this property! It is quiet and tucked away, the perfect retreat for a quiet getaway. My friend and I stayed for another friend’s engagement party nearby, and Kelly’s property was the perfect location. It is exactly as described, and an exceptionally clean place. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone.

If I had to describe Amy‘s place in one word, it would be perfect. The cottage is quaint and very private. We enjoyed waking up and drinking coffee on the deck while watching the geese, chickens, and sheep. We even saw some baby sheep. Absolutely magical! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bed was comfy. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay with Kathy. Her place is perfect for toddlers (as long as they are supervised). Across the pool, feeding the animals, and exploring Bucks County, there’s no shortage of adventures.

Our small family stayed at the River Barn for two months during a renovation at our main home. It was so quiet and cozy! We loved the airy light and great bird watching towards the woods through the big windows. Amazing view is the sunsets as well. While small, it’s roomy at the same time and was perfect for us. John and Carla were very nice and always helpful. Thank you so much for the great stay!

Jessica was a super, super host. It is very peaceful here. The house was very clean, well equipped, and had a great selection of coffees,spices,bug spray, and even smores kit, it was all there. The attention to details made the stay very comfortable. The area is beautiful. I highly recommend Jessica's place.

We had a lovely time at Penbuck farms - the home is gorgeous and feels cozy and lived in by real people, which was a welcome change from some of the more corporate AirBnB's we've experienced. The decor of the home is perfectly fitting. We were really impressed by how well the kitchen was stocked - we found all the tools we needed to cook meals at home, and everything was easy to find and in great condition. The property itself is gorgeous - it's a very private location set almost a half mile back from the road, surrounded by corn fields and right next to a cute creek. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and decorated. We especially enjoyed having access to a grill, and being able to sit out in the cute firepit area. Alyce was very responsive and easy to communicate with as well, which made the checkout process very easy.

We spent a weekend here with two other couples and our respective children. Both Layla and Graham were responsive, helpful, and kind. When we accidentally set off the smoke alarm in the kitchen (oops!), Graham popped right over to check on us and help. Comfy beds, lots of bathrooms, great for a group. The surrounding fields were also beautiful and fun to explore with our kids.
