You will enjoy lovely views and quiet privacy from the property. The main house is adjacent to the loft suite. The loft is the top floor of the carriage house. Explore charming downtown Lititz only 4 miles away! Pool season: Memorial Day-Labor Day. (Exact dates TBD) **ONE parking space only** Overnight EV charging on site for a small fee.

The location is private, but still only a few minutes drive to town(Myerstown, Lebanon County PA) where you will find restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. Rest on the deck with a cup of coffee and watch for wildlife or soak in the private hot tub at night and watch the stars!

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
