1.5 miles down a well maintained dirt road is a little slice of heaven on Brewer Lake. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen and dining area, living room, along with washer & dryer. Outside offers a wrap around deck, plenty of seating to enjoy your meals/coffee outside while looking at the lake. Stairs down connect the path leading to the water where 2 kayaks and a firepit are waiting.
