Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Buda

Really loved the spot of Julian & Sophie. The view is amazing. Reality is even better than the pictures. I can recommend this spot if you look for a quiet spot in the green. There is a real nice coffee spot 2 mins walk away called Magenta.

Everything was very good! The house big and clean, like at the photos. The yard is also big, a good surprise was that there were a lot of toys, scooter, children bikes. The owner of the place is very nice and answered quickly. It was an issue with a roller blinds - they were not working on the first floor. Andras came and was trying to fix them several times. When he understood that he could not make it he presented us a bottle of a good wine. It was a great gesture. And one more thing, we thought that we rent the whole house, but appeared that the owner also lease one room that is situated a bit separate. So we were not alone and it was surprise for us 😀 Maybe it was said somewhere and I missed it, but nevertheless. Everything else was great! I will recommend this place!

A beautiful and spacious home perfect for our two families on holiday. We loved the hot tub and beautiful outdoor space.

Everything happened as discussed. András always answered our questions immediately. Everything was fine in the house. The pool in the yard was very good. I really liked that it is really private, no neighbors, the house has a grill, super. We had a birthday party and we all enjoyed it very much. We will return in August for a weekend again.

Great accommodation and charming hosts! This place is perfect for families with children - very clean, furniture and amenities in perfect condition, there are all amenities for small children and toys. My children immediately started playing in the yard (swings and trampoline) upon arrival. The stairs to the second floor are wide and comfortable, my 3-year-old child safely descended and ascended independently. The hosts were very kind and helped to resolve all issues. We will be happy to come back here if we have the chance.

A very comfortable apartment for a couple. 6th floor but with excellent lift service. Safe neighbourhood. Very well located in the Jewish quarter - less than 10 mins walk to Dohany synagogue. Less than 20 mins walk to St Stephans Cathedral and Parliament builbings respectively. All walks on Pest obviously flat. We didn't self cater but the kitchen looked pretty well supplied with equipment. We thought price was very good value for money. We thoroughly recommend it.

Very nice stay! The apartment is clean, quiet, and modern, I would especially like to highlight the nice, sophisticated bathroom. It is a great advantage that the parking space in the underground garage is especially valuable in Budapest. The city center is easy to walk in, but the main landmarks such as Fisherman's Bastion and the Zoo are also available cheaply with a Bolt app (about 2500–3200 HUF). These are accessible by foot, though a bit longer walk. Overall, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Robert and Peters apartment. Everything was as good if not better than described and shown in pictures. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The kitchen had anything you could need to make great meals. The location directly overlooking the Synagogue is fabulous. The little balcony on the back overlooking gardens was a delight in the mornings for our coffee and breakfast. It was hot whilst we were visiting and it was great that the airconditioning was so effective and not noisy (unlike some we've had in 5 star hotels)i There is nothing negative about this apartment . We found it quiet, yet it was right next to restaurants and bars etc. We found a lovely patisserie less than five minutes round the corner, very handy for croissants with our coffee, sittting on our very sunny balcony. The whole experience was wonderful and we fully intend to return to Budapest and Robert and Peters apartment soon. Thankyou so much.

Amazing apartment in an amazing location. Within walking distance to all attractions. Apartment itself is beautiful and homely, absolutely spotless! Antonia is a wonderful, proactive host and we had such a great stay at her apartment! My partner and I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Budapest :-)

The place was near all the tourist spots / nice cafes but was also far enough such that you weren't disturbed by the noise. Easy walking distance to transport options and we really enjoyed our stay in Budapest. Great location and as described in the listing, would recommend!

The accommodation is further from the center, but public transport in Budapest is perfect. The environment was calm and full of greenery. The host was kind and provided all the important information. We have absolutely no reservations. We'd love to go back there sometime.

We had a nice experience with dessert hosting in a very central location. If we come to Budapest again, we will definitely prefer this place.

Apartment was very nice; had everything we needed, especially kitchen, heat, A/C, and washing machine. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Just a short walk to scenic Tram 2, Elizabeth bridge, metro stop, all kinds of restaurants. Loved it! There was construction directly in front of apartment, taking out parking lot and putting in park like setting, but we were out sightseeing during the day, so no problem. Would definitely recommend anytime!!

A very nice, new, sparkling clean apartment, tastefully furnished, in a very nice area of Budapest. There are many restaurants, bars nearby, a large shopping center is a 5-minute walk away, and the city center is easily accessible within a very short time. Perfect for Budapest. Check-in super easy, the hosts are very helpful, we will definitely come back (and not only us, we have already recommended the apartment to friends).

The apartment is very comfortable, tastefully decorated. Better than a hotel. It is located close to the main attractions in Budapest Noemi was always attentive to any questions I definitely recommend it.

This might be the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in - Erwin was a wonderful host, he collected us from the station even though it was midnight to ensure we got in okay. He sent really helpful recommendations for things to do, he was always really responsive. The flat itself is gorgeous, the balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee and there is a view of the basilica right outside the balcony view! The coffee and restaurants around the area were really good and delicious, the area is quiet but lively and a really good location. Highly highly recommend this Airbnb, for the amenities and the host and the whole experience was made better staying here!

I had a fantastic stay at Alexa&János’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring the area.
