Holiday rentals with a patio in Buda

It was a great location, lots of things in walking distance. The apartment was perfect for what we needed- nice and clean. The host was great with recommendations and communicated instructions on how to access the apartment.

Really enjoyed my stay at the apartment - close to main attractions, plenty of bars/restaurants around, and only 30 mins from airport. Balcony was lovely to sit out during sunny days. Toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, shaving gel, and towels provided which is handy! Very clean apartment, and spotless. Apartment building was very quiet during peak times. Check in was very easy to follow and to locate apartment building. Overall very pleased with my stay, and would definitely come back to stay at this apartment!✅😊

From the moment we stepped into this apartment, we knew that we had found something truly special. Every detail has been carefully curated and the result is nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with an incredibly spacious, light-filled living space that exudes comfort and modern luxury. The open-concept layout, high ceilings, and huge windows create a truly stunning atmosphere that’s both sophisticated and inviting. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. There were candles, fruit and wine on arrival and our hosts could not have done more to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. There is a little balcony that overlooks a really pretty street below that is full of so many bars and restaurants we were spoiled for choice. This apartment is an absolute gem—luxurious, convenient, and truly one-of-a-kind. We loved it so much we have already booked our next stay! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Dejlig lejlighed med skøn tag terrasse- desværre var det lidt blæsende men på en sommerdag vil den være fuldstændig fantastisk. Havde været fantastisk hvis lejligheden lå nærmere centrum, men det vidste vi godt på forhånd. Kvarteret var ikke så spændende men der var både bager, kiosk, kiosk og slagter så alle fornødenheder kunne handles nemt. Vi har nydt opholdet og det har været en fornøjelse at være i dialog med udleder. Hurtig respons og klare svar. Jeg ville klart gerne leje lejligheden igen når jeg forhåbentlig skal tilbage til Budapest igen en dag

전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다! 호스트께서 얼리 체크인을 허락해주셔서 일정에 여유가 생겼고, 피드백도 매우 빠르고 친절하게 응답해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 그런데도 가장 감동적이었던 건 **“위치가 정말, 너무너무 좋았다”**는 점이에요! 부다페스트 시내 중심지에 위치해 있어 관광지, 맛집, 대중교통, 쇼핑까지 모두 도보로 이동 가능했습니다. 부다페스트를 여행한다면 이 위치만큼 완벽한 곳은 없다고 생각해요. 최고의 입지 조건입니다! 다만 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 청소 상태였습니다. 세탁기 세제 투입구와 주방 싱크대 주변에 약간의 기름때와 찌꺼기가 남아 있었던 점은 조금 더 신경 써주시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 좋은 숙소 덕분에 부다페스트에서 매우 편하고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다!

We had a perfect stay at Viktoria’s apartment. It’s located within 10 minute walk to most attractions and within walking distance to great shops, bars and restaurants. Public transport also right outside the door and the airport bus stop is right outside the apartment. Balcony is a nice touch for people watching. A little noisy due to the ceiling fan and busy streets outside but nothing that ear plugs couldn’t solve. Really appreciated the added touches of towels for the spa, ear plugs and the bottle of fizz in the fridge! Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

Plutôt satisfait de cet appartement. Accès très simple et place de parking en sous-sol. Bonne literie. Proche des transports en commun et plutôt calme le soir. L'espace table est juste un peu petit. Concernant la salle de bain, il y avait une odeur un peu désagréable avec la machine à laver qui ne semble pas être entretenue, de plus, j'ai retrouvé une lingette dedans. Les joints de carrelage semblaient aussi un peu sales. Rien de bien grave dans le fond, mais ça ne correspond pas vraiment au terme "luxe" du titre de l'annonce.

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft in bester Lage! Wir waren als 6 Freunde da und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Sauna ist wirklich ein toller Pluspunkt.

Really loved the spot of Julian & Sophie. The view is amazing. Reality is even better than the pictures. I can recommend this spot if you look for a quiet spot in the green. There is a real nice coffee spot 2 mins walk away called Magenta.

Very nice house, with a big heart :) Everything inside was so clean, communication was fast and helpful. It's perfect location for people who are looking for peaceful piece of garden and also it's so near to busy Budapest :)

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, bez zarzutu. Pobyt bardzo udany. Należy uważać wpisując adres w google maps, ponieważ w Budapeszcie są dwie ulice o tej samej nazwie.

Dora’s airbnb was perfect for us, two adults and a dog. We parked out car right in front of the house, in a very peaceful and lovely neighborhood. There is a big park right next to the house. The house is well equipped, we had everything we needed for one night, very clean. Communication either Dora was very good, she is very nice and we would definitely recommend her accommodation!

Everything was very good! The house big and clean, like at the photos. The yard is also big, a good surprise was that there were a lot of toys, scooter, children bikes. The owner of the place is very nice and answered quickly. It was an issue with a roller blinds - they were not working on the first floor. Andras came and was trying to fix them several times. When he understood that he could not make it he presented us a bottle of a good wine. It was a great gesture. And one more thing, we thought that we rent the whole house, but appeared that the owner also lease one room that is situated a bit separate. So we were not alone and it was surprise for us 😀 Maybe it was said somewhere and I missed it, but nevertheless. Everything else was great! I will recommend this place!

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house looks even better live than in the pictures. We felt really good, relaxed, we had all the comfort we needed and moore. The price it’s really correct, I would say even that you get moore than what you pay for. We felt ourselves like home, really warm place and for us this is very important. So in 3 words: « We love ❤️ it » Thank you very much for the nice and warm feeling that you gave us when receiving us as well as during our stay.

The property offers a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The spacious house is ideally suited for families with children. Weiyi, the host, is exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing prompt responses and demonstrating genuine care for her guests. My family, including my wife, father, and young daughters, thoroughly enjoyed their stay and would gladly return during future visits to Budapest.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was always in touch and responded quickly to any questions we had during check-in and our stay. He also took the time to tell us about the house and its interior, which was both interesting and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the barbecue — we mentioned we wanted to cook outside, and the host kindly provided his personal grill along with everything we needed (charcoal, a gas lighter, and more). It made us feel truly at home, like we were visiting an old friend. The house is located right next to a forest, so you may occasionally notice insects around. However, the host pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, so we were barely bothered by them during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a cozy and welcoming place. We’d love to come back again!

Eine schöne sehr zentrale Wohnung. Trotz der Lage inmitten von Bars und Restaurants sehr ruhig und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Ben hat schnell geantwortet und es gab auch Empfehlungen für Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir können Bens Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Budapest, viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen direkt vor der Haustüre.

I highly recommend this place. It's small but has everything you need. The location makes it easy to get anywhere, and it offers great value for the money. The host is very helpful—even when I encountered a minor issue, he quickly offered a solution, which I really appreciated. I will definitely return.

We had a blast at Zhu’s apartment! It was spacious, close to lots of points of attraction, a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. We walked almost everywhere from there, which makes it a great housing option for those who want to explore the city by foot. The place was clean, we had all the necessities there and Zhu was very responsive & easy to talk to.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartmen. The location couldn’t have been better — just a few steps from the supermarket and with the beautiful Castle District right on your doorstep. It was so convenient to explore the area and get everything we needed without having to travel far. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living space, it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making it feel like a home away from home. The hosts were amazing — super proactive, friendly, and always available if we had any questions or needed anything. Their communication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area — we’d definitely stay again!

Had not been to Budapest before and what a beautiful, friendly, historic and fun city we discovered. The apartment location is great with plenty of things to see and places to eat within easy walking distance of the apartment. Grocery stores for daily provisions were easy to find and everyone we encountered from the taxi drivers to and from the airport to all the restaurant staff we met were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is really well located, peaceful and has clean, modern facilities. The host was easy to contact and helpful as well. Would thoroughly recommend the whole Budapest experience.
