Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Buddina

We stayed at this beautiful air bnb with our extended family, 8 adults and one baby. The space was huge and accommodated us all easily. The home is beautiful with stunning canal views and the space was so clean but gave off a really homey feel. There is so much to do at the home, we didnt even really need to venture out. The location is great, a short drive from Caloundra and Mooloolaba which leaves you with endless options for day trips and food. I highly would recommend to anyone looking for a air bnb around this location. We cannot wait to come back!

What an amazing location!!! We felt very spoilt staying here. We enjoyed 2 nights with hubbys parents and it was perfect. Big house, and although it was too cool to swim the kids were still entertained by the pool table and fishing off the pontoon, and the nearby attractions (fyi- the laser tag about 8 mins up the rd is fantastic!) The house was clean, spacious and homely. Kitchen had everything we needed and multiple dining areas to suit every mood. Beds were super comfy, and the double shower was amazing!!! It was so nice to a quick break away and spend our mornings and evenings out the back on the deck overlooking the canal and feeling jealous we didnt have the energy of the locals who were out there paddle boarding up and down all morning. Lucy was extremely helpful with questions and ensuring we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and we have already started planning trips back to stay again on our next opportuntity for a quick getaway. Thank you Lucy

Great location, close to Australia zoo, peaceful and great for our big group of 8! Plenty of room for all of us just one bathroom could be an issue but we made it work. 🤪 the host was wonderful and very responsive. We loved to views gorgeous. It rained most of the trip which was sad we couldn’t make use of the picnic table and fire pit!

Absolutely stunning location. Peaceful, private, and the mornings are glorious. My partner and I stay just the two of us, but it has more than enough room for a family or group. Plenty of room and lots of spots to enjoy the surrounds.

We couldn't fault this property it was perfect size for eight people and a dog with the host catering for every need with lots of extra touches. The house had everything that we needed including enough crockery etc for everyone and dining areas set up for the stated 8 people. It was immaculately clean and the host was extremely accommodating in giving us an earlier check in and later checkout which made a huge difference. Sitting in the outdoor area at the back of the property looking out into the trees and listening to the ocean was so relaxing and this is where we spent 90% of our time. Lovely property!!

We loved our stay at Bird Song! So peaceful, great views. Loved relaxing on the balcony listening to the birds and just unwinding. Made our morning coffee that much better 👌🏽 The kitchen is perfect sized for a big family and has everything needed to cook at home. We ended up cooking all breakfast’s and dinners at the house cause we enjoyed the kitchen that much. The bath was a big hit, loved the salts and candles supplied. The projector was a hit with the little one and we enjoyed watching a movie by the electric fire place each night. Christine went out of her way to make sure our stay went as smoothly as possible and was super accommodating when she knew we had a baby with us. She supplied a cot, high chair and even offered to come to the property and install a baby gate at the top of the stairs for us. Plus left the laundry door open for us incase we needed to do some washing. (Usually only open upon request). Super accomodating & proactive host 🙂 We would definitely stay ag

Absolutely magical stay, we didn’t want to leave. Such a beautiful space that had everything we needed! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kids loved the pool, kitchen was really well equipped and the location was perfect for us as we had a wedding right around the corner. 5 mins from the beach and cafes too. Will hopefully be back for another weekend stay soon!

Perfect spot if you want to spend days on the beach, walkable to so many areas also. The Unit was a cute little one but had everything you needed, it was right across the road from the beach entrance and the balcony caught the afternoon sun in the winter where you could watch the weekend pass you by. Loved the filtered water but it didn’t have a coffee machine, I did use that as an excuse to try the locals cafes and they didn’t disappoint. A spot I never knew existed but I loved.

Our family had a wonderful time in Caloundra. We enjoyed much of the local area and attractions that we had never seen before. Plenty of wonderful dining options locally and we found a sensational pastry cafe The Pastry Lab. We really loved staying here for its beauty but also that it felt like home for us which is really important. Emma and Mark were helpful and were understanding when we noted a problem. We hope to stay again soon, if not make this our annual holiday home.

Spectacular! Neil and Sherie were extremely responsive and helpful from the outset. It was a welcome change to be greeted by the owners and their fur-baby, shown around the property and given lots of helpful tips. The apartment is modern and felt like home from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed for us, our baby and our dog. Neil and Sherie have thought of everything, including beach towels, generous pantry items and fridge snacks. The location is incredible and a very short pleasant walk from the beach, cafe and our fiends place. We will definitely stay with Neil and Sherie again.

We had such a lovely stay at Mario and Jenny's apartment. The location is fantastic, one street back from the beach but easy access through arcade. A small amount of street noise but alot less than main roads. The unit has a lovely view and really enjoyed sitting having my morning tea and watching the ocean. The unit was clean, well equipped and a good size for our family. My girls had no problems sleeping in the second bedroom eventhough it was slat doors. Having 2 and 3 seater lounges is great for the family. Mario and Jenny were great to communicate with. They were very kind and responsive when we had a mishap with our keys. The only thing we were disappointed about was the pool and no spa but being so close to the beach made up for it We will definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing stay, the place was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view was stunning, and the location was super convenient, close to everything we needed. The guide provided made exploring the area effortless, and we discovered some incredible food spots and daytime activities. Would 100% recommend Amber and Michael and their beautiful home to anyone looking for a luxury, private escape. Can’t wait to come back

Thank you so much for the most beautiful stay. I absolutely loved this apartment, we stayed for 5 weeks & it still wasn’t long enough!! Really beautiful place, the balcony is so lovely for the morning sun, the roof terrace was just incredible with a big bbq, lovely seating and just such a nice place to relax. The bed was sooo comfortable and the flat is just perfect, so nicely furnished and we felt right at home. The kitchen is great & shower was amazing. Very clean place. Really responsive host & very helpful with any questions we had. We checked in very easily & were greeted with champagne and a card. The location is incredible, right opposite the beach and we were in the sea for a sunrise swim every day! Thank you so much, I can’t wait to come back in the future! I already miss being here….!🩵

It is so close to the beach, great coffee shop downstairs, the apartment is quiet, very clean and had everything necessary. It was perfect. This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Great location. Easy walk into Mooloolaba. Clean, fantastic views, great no hassle communication. Had everything that we needed for a short 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend.

Terry’s home was absolutely beautiful, very modern and stylish. We felt right at home and very comfortable. She went above and beyond in the things that she offered. The unit is very modern with automated smart home devices, comfortable beds and everything one could possibly need in a kitchen (even a treat in the freezer for my boys) and Devine coffee for us. Thank you so much Terry, we will most definitely be coming back.

Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, supermarket and BWS right around the corner as well as a 10ish min walk to Mooloolaba Beach!! Serene and Sarah were super accomodating and easy to communicate with! Comfy king bed and great amenities. Would definitely rebook!

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.
