Junto a mi esposo pasamos una estadía fantástica. El anfitrión siempre atento y amable. El apartamento funcional, moderno, luminoso y decorado con buen gusto, ubicado en un barrio seguro y accesible. Altamente recomendable para pasar una estadía en Madrid. Seguro repetiremos.

Great Airbnb! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. It is located in the perfect area, everything is walking distance. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! Beautiful little apartment that’s very clean and the AC works great. I didn’t have to take any transportation except to the airport. And since it is in the middle of everything, there can be a lot of traffic so I do recommend you request your taxis via app 30 minutes before (it can take up to 10 mins to even get one).

We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

El departamento es una maravilla. La ubicación es excelente. Es cómodo, luminoso, silencioso, todo funciona perfecto. Nos recibió Helena que fue muy amable en todo momento. Muy recomendable. Sin duda volveríamos.

Mariana's place was the most beautifully designed space I stayed în and I felt especially honored to be there as I am a fan of the Never too small channel. The place had everything you need and its position was the best, în the La Latina quartier, which is central enough (about 1km of The km 0), but feels like living among the locals. You also have shops nearby - Carrefour market 2 minutes away, 2 non-stop shops 4 minutes away and a bigger Dia supermarket 7 minutes away (also remmember that Madrid has good water and you can drink from the fountains în the city).Metro station is also near- 5 minutes away. And if you need to store your bags, there is a place on the same street with lockers. There is also El Rastro outdoor market that happens every Sunday, which is also on the street of the accomodation and I really recommend. Would come back if I had the chance.

Der Aufenthalt bei Mariola war sehr gut und ist nur zu empfehlen. Sie war immer sehr flexibel und freundlich, sehr entgegenkommend wenn es Dinge zu klären oder auch mal zu reparieren gab. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, 5 min von der Puerta del Sol, trotzdem sehr ruhig und man kann gut schlafen. Ab und an merkt man, dass im 3. Stock (die Wohnung ist aber im 8.) in einem Restaurant gekocht wird. Das ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. Die Qualität der Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, ich würde jederzeit wieder einziehen. Die Portiers am Empfang sind sehr hilfreich und entgegenkommend, man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft bei Mariola sehr professionell und ich kann sie jedem nur empfehlen.

My stay at Alvaros's apartment was great. The place is lovely and right in the middle of the shopping area of Madrid. If you're looking for a place which gives access to the bustling area while wanting to be able to wind down in a quiet place, this is for you. Alvaro was great in communication and very friendly

Excelente estancia. Hemos pasado un par de días con nuestro perro y la experiencia ha sido fabulosa. La casa es mejor que en las fotos. Tenía todo lo que se necesita para disfrutarla tranquilos y pasar una buena estancia. Muy bien localizada, con muchas cosas que ver en la zona y paseos que realizar por el campo desde el mismo pueblo. Paula ha sido una anfitriona maravillosa, dándonos mucha información sobre la zona. Cuando llegamos, teníamos listos una cama para nuestro perro y comederos, detalles que se agradecen. ¡Repetiremos!
