Beach house holiday rentals in Budoni

This is really a cozy summer house overlooking Porto Rafael and its beautiful beach. The view -especially- from the top terrace is spectacular. The house was very well equipped with everything we need. We had a very attentive and helpful host. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the quality of the beds and sheets/towels.

We had a good journey and with the description of the location, the house was easy to find. Check in was possible for us earlier, thank you for that! Antonello welcomed us warmly and explained everything superbly. The house is great, everything is great. Every room is air-conditioned! Quiet, very beautiful location. San Teodoro is quick to reach and beaches are nearby. I especially liked the outdoor shower that I enjoyed every morning in the sun :)! The view of the sea from up there is particularly natural, magnificent. Especially in the early morning of the sunrise. It couldn't be better! All in all, everything was great and we were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation with many experiences and impressions. Thanks again to the host! We would love to come again as guests!

We had a great time staying here, the place was lovely, had everything you need, we loved hanging out on the balcony in the evenings. You have some sea views and it is so close to the beach and the pine forest. From there you can walk left or right to reach little beach bars where you can rent sunbeds and a small marina with restaurants. The only thing that slightly lets it down is the check in process as personally we prefer the flexibility of self-check in and checkout so you don’t feel tied down. For example we had long delays at the airport due to car rental and having to communicate back and forth with the lady who was helping us check in was a bit stressful, although she was helpful. But apart from that we had a great time and would love to stay again!

Wonderful place in an amazing location! Elisabetta was very clear on getting to the place, and so helpful and responsive during the stay. Even gave me golf tips for our outing at Pevero!

Beautiful apartment to stay in. Well equipped, comfortable beds, the terrace is a lovely place to sit and the view is spectacular. Porto Istana beach is the most beautiful of all the beaches we visited, crystal clear waters, and only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. It was really useful to have tips from Marco about the area, including places to visit, such as the walk around the coast to Porto San Paolo, and La Tavernetta Beach Bar. (Highly recommend!) Martin and Monica were contactable if we needed anything. Lovely people, so friendly and so eager to help. Thanks so much Marco, we had such a lovely stay in your place… didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful peaceful home with magnificent views of the water, lovely garden & very comfortable living. 5 minute walk to beach (which has a small restaurant) & pool. 30 minute walk to closest restaurants or 5 minute drive. Very relaxing holiday!

Staying at Paolos place was beautiful, very peaceful, great location, close to local restaurants and shops and the many beautiful beaches. Paolo was great with his communications right from the start from booking his place, throughout to check in and check out. Would love to come back and stay there again in the future.

Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

We had a great time staying at Stefanos apartment. He and his family were so nice and always helpful. Checking in and checking out was super easy and in addition Stefano was completly flexible regarding the time of our arrival and departure. The apartment is totally newly renovated and was super clean. Apart from a washing machine the apartment had everything we needed. The location is perfect if you are looking to discover the north and east of the island. Thanks Stefano for a great stay!

The apartment matches the description and is very well furnished. Located on the outskirts of the village and yet everything (bakery, shops, restaurants, etc.) is very easy to reach on foot.

We stayed for 10 days with our family and had a wonderful time. House is very well equipped, clean and there was nothing we have missed. Location around Budoni is great for shopping, beaches or any other trip. We can fully recommend booking this house.

We spent wonderful days with Simone. The apartment is lovingly and fully furnished. In autumn, there are no neighbors on site, the children had plenty of space to play in the large garden. In summer, it is at most rather noisy and cramped when all apartments are occupied. The small bay can be reached on foot in 3 minutes - our private beach this time of year. In October, restaurants and shops nearby are closed, but by car (which you are dependent on anyway) you can quickly get to San Theodoro. The only issue was the mosquitoes (but they are also found elsewhere). So be sure to equip yourself with mosquito sprays - and book. Perfect location in Porto Cervo with breathtaking views. Lovely apartment as described. We had a great stay the only tiny thing that lets it down is the 10am checkout.

I stayed at Maria Elena's with my partner, my mother and my sister: we all had a great time, the house is beautiful, equipped with everything you need to spend relaxing days by the sea, the house is new, clean, with fine finishes, comfortable in every space, great location, very central, with parking in front of the house! Maria Elena is a perfect hostess!

We spent 6 days in this house together with our two dogs and what can we say, we immediately felt at home. The super welcoming and helpful owners provided us with directions and advice about the area. We liked the house very much, it corresponds perfectly to the photos and is equipped with every necessary comfort. The sea is 500 meters away on foot and, as the icing on the cake, behind the house there is a swimming pool of a hotel that can be accessed easily by reservation. We will definitely return for a very relaxing holiday 😌

We were absolutely delighted with the accommodation in La Caletta. A lovely little house with a terrace that has everything you need for a few lovely days in Sardinia. The team behind the house provided us with helpful information, took great care of us and was always quick to respond. We stayed here for almost two weeks and would have liked to stay longer. We will definitely come back again.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. The apartment is as described, it is part of a villa consisting of 2 apartments, but they are completely independent. Veranda with wonderful views of the pine forest and sea, it really has a dream location. I recommend getting up a little early to fully enjoy the sunrise on the sea, just taking 2 steps and finding the sea ahead is like living a dream. In fact, it has private access to a beach that I found very relaxing and pleasant, as it is far from mass tourism. Ideal location for reaching the most beautiful destinations on the north-eastern coast. Warm welcome from Antonella and her family. Very nice apartment, comfortable to all beaches but quiet and peaceful, like the whole hamlet of Tanaunella. Amenities like comfortable bars and markets. I recommend it.
