Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

The apartment is located a short distance from the train station, 15 km from Bologna and 20 km from Modena on the historic Via Emilia, built by Marco Emilio Lepido. Nearby there are internationally renowned companies, such as DUCATI motorcycles, GD packaging, PHILLIPS MORRIS, CARPIGIANI gelato. It is also close to the A1 highway exit Valsamoggia. It is well connected with the two neighboring cities by bus service.
