Great stay, specially if you have a car which you can park it at the hotel. Would go again!

Beautiful people and hospitable. The apartment is as in the pictures, the terrace is beautiful. The beach is 15/20 min away and along the way there is a beautiful promenade through the city. We are very satisfied with the apartment and hospitality.

The room was lovely and clean with a smart bathroom. Right on the seafront had a great breakfast by the water. They were perfect hosts with some great advice about where to go and spoke perfect English. They sorted out all the admin- tourist tax & location registration making the stay really easy.

A great place to stay. The pool is great. It is up the hill to Becici beach. There are a couple of small supermarkets within a 5 minute walk, a restaurant just down the roads. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk down the hill with lots of restaurants. The best ones are near the Marina.

We stayed with my husband in this apartment from September 12 to September 21. A transfer was arranged for us in advance, so we got from Tivat airport in 15-20 minutes. It is worth noting the convenient location of the apartment. Within walking distance there are several grocery stores (4 pieces), a bus stop (to Budva or in the direction of Bar). It is also convenient for those who will order excursions, a stop by the name of the hotel Bella Vista. The beach is also nearby. It's a 7-10 minute walk to it. It was not difficult for us to go down and up to the house at all. We also walked to the Old Town of Budva. In principle, the whole vacation was very active with us, we got up early, I hope they did not wake anyone up). As for the apartments directly, they have absolutely everything for a comfortable stay: 1. Kitchen (there are a lot of dishes; there are also appliances, plates, pans on the large terrace);there is a mini stove and a refrigerator (there is no kettle, but it was not difficult to boil water in the pan); 2. Shower (no hair dryer, but I always bring a very compact road hair dryer, which helps me out); 3. Balcony (very nice to sit in the evening when it's not so hot; or meet a cat there who came to visit us every night)) 4. Terrace on the third floor with a gorgeous view. It's very nice to be there. There is a TV and a washing machine. As for the room, it has three beds, 2 nightstands with lamps and a large wardrobe, with air conditioning (he often saved us, as sometimes it was very stuffy). There is also wi-fi !! Sayaz was very good. I would like to thank the host of the apartment Yuri! Very hospitable person. He treated us to grapes from his plot. In general, it is very pleasant to see growing bunches of grapes and kiwi on the balcony. In general, we were very satisfied, we will definitely come back here again! Thank you so much

We had a rest in August 2019. I liked the location: fresh mountain air and about 15 minutes to the sea. Walking distance to Budva and Sveti Stefan. Friendly and helpful hostess. There are shops, restaurants and cafes, a bakery nearby. There are several beaches in the area, for different tastes. The room is spacious enough, nice beds, balcony with table.

We had a rest from July 7 to July 21, 2017. Magnificent apartments! And this is not just an apartment, but a full-fledged apart-hotel with a chic pool with panoramic views of the coast, cleaning, a change of linen and the opportunity to have breakfast, lunch and dinner without leaving the guarded landscaped area. Everything stated correspond to reality! Photos and the site allow you to make no mistake with the choice, everything is very logical and understandable. Welcoming hosts are so interested in a pleasant stay for guests that they themselves are involved in the hotel management process and are ready to communicate in person with guests to improve the service! It is impossible not to mention pleasant bonuses in the form of early check-in and late check-out with the availability of the room, as it was in our case. Well, welcome drink from the hosts:) Pleasant girls at the reception can help with transfer, taxi, rent car, if necessary. And we were lucky, the transfer to Tivat was provided by Oksana - the hotel manager - personally took us to the airport in her car:) The sea is within walking distance (we walked almost daily with 2 children 4 and 9 years old). One of the best beaches for children. Evening promenade along the promenade to Budva or Rafailovici. Near Milocer Park. Many decent restaurants within walking distance. In general, the best solution is everything is nearby, but there is no such crowd as on the beach in Budva! The vacation was a success!!! Many thanks to the hosts and hotel staff! Mr. Murat was a respectful and friendly person. There was a wifi problem, he reported that he could take care of it. We didn't want it ourselves, we had enough internet.

Palazzo Sbutega hotel is a wonderful peaceful and comfortable place to stay just a short drive from Kotor. Nigel the host was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Myself and my partner felt very welcome and we made use of the lounge and also the wonderful garden and the pool. We felt so at home! There is also a very tasty breakfast with homemade granola and locally made jam and honey, this was also an opportunity to meet the other guests and share tips about the local area. The location is beautiful, right on the water front where you can have a swim in the sea or catch one of the boat tours. There are also scenic local walks from the hotel as well as being within easy reach of Kotor or a short bus ride to Tivat. Nigel and his team offered helpful suggestions around restaurants and also tours and we would highly recommend the wine tasting in a family run vineyard. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Clean and comfortable place. Just a short 10 to 15-minute drive from beautiful beaches.

We have been looking for a place to unwind - and it did not disappoint. The view is great, the rooms exceptional clean, the place quiet, the WIFI fast and the AC cold. It is close to the bigger cities if you like to take a bus or taxi. A cute little fishing village is a short walk away and this year the beaches have not been crowded! Extra bonus point: I got a cold and the host explained to me what local medication I should take to get better soon. We will defiantly come back!

we stayed here for 3 nights. Very nice apartment and perfect location, just a 5-10 minute to the coast and a lot of amenities. Pool and rooftop area also a very nice bonus. Would highly recommend to anybody going to Budva and would book again if we were to return

Apartment Tre is a 1+1 apartment inside the Cannes hotel. Great location walking distance to Old Town. There are many grocery stores around, my advice to you is that Voli market is very good! The house was clean, everything was nice. The only thing that upset me in this stay is that we agreed to meet the host at the front desk, and when we were a little late, the police immediately wrote a penalty to my wife, who was waiting by car in front of the hotel. Interacting with the police in a foreign country, including a cop we don't speak a common language that doesn't speak English! This was really annoying and financially damaged us. But the apartment was really nice. There is also very good parking. But if I come to Budva again, I will never rent a car here, traffic , rules , roads are terrible .. I would like to thank Lux for the stay, the little alcohol treats in the refrigerator were also a nice welcome.

we had a great experience staying at this apartment for 1 night. The room is absolutely wonderful and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. It is better to stay at this place if you go by car, but we did it even without car. the beaches which by car will be 10 minutes from the place are amazing. Just please buy teapot and soap for your guests! Thank you!

Thank you for such a lovely stay! We felt right at home in this cozy, peaceful, and cat-filled villa. The hosts were so kind and helpful, and even gave my friend a gift for her birthday 🥺 We will definitely be back!

We stayed for a couple of days before we flew out of Montenegro so just needed a place to relax. The apartment is part of a the hotel so you have access to breakfast which was included and the pool. The hotel itself is nice and clean with a good pool area and 5-10 minutes walk to beach and restaurants.

A truely great choice to stay! We instantly felt home, beautiful outdoor terrace and cosy clean room with a balcony attached. They helped us with the luggage, a parking spot. We even shared a lovely evening chat with tee/coffee. We kindly asked if the two might serve a breakfast and we were rewarded by an delicious turkish styled breaky the next morning. Thank you guys! The place is just two steps from the beach and the beach promenade with restaurants and bars. Big recommendation. Go there & feel good :)

Such a hidden gem! Pasha is exactly the place I’d recommend to any of my friends and family. Very clean amenities and brand new interior. The building is extremely clean and the rooms are modern and chic. It was a quick 6 min walk to the old town and felt very safe. There are many close restaurants and cafes nearby as well as pharmacies if needed! Highly recommend and will be back soon!
