Holiday rentals with beach access in Budva Municipality

It all goes very professionally. You never really need anything, but if you need help, it comes right away. I noticed that the kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment is ideal for 2-3 persons. I think the proximity to large supermarkets is fantastic. There is a parking space behind the house with the possibilities for permanent parking.

Apartment is on the first floor so you're looking down on the beach which is great. has everything you need. housekeeper and owner both very helpful. we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking area and use their beach towels after checkout which meant we could enjoy the sandy beach for a while longer. short driving distance to Budva and not very far from Kotor.

The accommodation was nice in terms of place and location. It was the best to make your coffee and sit in the living room with a mountain view. Our host was helpful with everything. It was a nice experience for us 😍

Perfect place with a perfect view! We felt very at home here. The location is fantastic and there is a shortcut pathway right next to the apartment that takes you down to the area leading to the beach. Communication was fantastic and we were also able to check in early! Highly recommend.

Well furnished apartment equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Great location with a supermarket in the building and across the street from the beach. Absolutely fantastic and responsive host who was in touch before and during my stay. Very highly recommended.

We recommend accommodation, you are not far from the center of Budva, everything close but at the same time very quiet location. The amenities were great, everything we needed was part of the place. We loved the panoramic windows. We were beautifully greeted by the host gave us a lot of tips, including a list of places and links where we can find them. We'd love to come back and thank you so much.

Really nice apartment In a good cheaper area of Budva. However, was just quite challenging to find it as the location on Airbnb was wrong. Really enjoyed the stay though. Would recommend for sure

We had an incredible time at this beautiful villa! The infinity pool with its stunning sea views was definitely a highlight, and the lush garden surrounding the house created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs terrace, enjoying drinks and soaking in the views. Inside, the villa was just as impressive—spacious and tastefully decorated with unique vintage lamps. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the games room was a fun bonus for movie nights. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and the marble bathrooms were a nice touch of luxury. The location was perfect too—private, yet just a short drive to nearby beaches, charming towns, and great restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the beach in just 10-15 minutes. This villa was the perfect place for a family holiday, and we can’t wait to return!

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

a large apartment with a balcony and the opportunity to spend time in the garden, in the shade of figs and near the grill. Important: There is no freezer in the fridge, but it is on the ground floor, shared. The hostess launders herself - in the evening he gave it, received it in the morning. There is a large and beautiful beach, with restaurants, cliffs. Along the way, there are many kiosks with all sorts of things and two - with wonderful vegetables and fruits. The place is very convenient for traveling by car - and parking is good, and the road is nearby. The hosts are attentive and friendly, know a lot about interesting places around, always happy to answer any questions.

Really enjoyed our stay at Apartment Frida. All exactly as described; clean and adequately stocked. The apartment upstairs was lovely, with a gorgeous vine covered balcony. It was perfect for meal times out there in late October. Downstairs is another area comprising a sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and a side room for sleeping a single. I have a suggestion for this space which I shall write to Danijela about. I have already recommended this place to 2 friends. Budva in October is perfect for me as I don’t like the hot sun. The apartment is right inside the old town walls and everything is within 5 minutes. Paying car park not too far. I’d go again. Danijela is an excellent host and responds quickly for any queries on site.

For the first time in my life, I was able to spend a whole week on the beach. In the morning, drink coffee listening to the sound of the waves. Relax the same in the evening. The place is perfect for 2 families. Each room has a large bed + a large extra bed. We were in 4 adults and 3 children 3.5,6yr. We will definitely be back next year. The house itself is very comfortable, the terrace is huge. Killi arranged for us to eat on arrival with home delivery from a local pizzeria. He arranged a boat tour the next day. He responded instantly, helped with everything. It's a good idea to come to him for such a pleasant vacation. In the town, there is a large modern store with great prices and an assortment. Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.

Ksenija was very, very hospitable! She provided us a warm welcome and was willing to help us immediately and to answer our questions. The space was great! It is next to a Hypermarket, which was very practical. It had nice views, too. It felt private.

Marina apartment is in great location, 5min walk to the beaches and old town, which both have plenty of bars and restaurants. The property had everything you need (plus more). Marina was always on hand to answer any queries and checked in on us on arrival (even with an early check-in) and the day before checkout. Would definitely stay here again.
