The city center (Sol) is about 13km away, approximately 30/40 min by transport or 20 min by car. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, you can enjoy your visit in Madrid as a tourist or for business trips. Very quiet and cozy apartment, ideal for 4 people with all the comforts to spend a few days in Madrid. Away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, in front of a large park and a 7-minute walk from the metro station with a direct line to the center in 30 minutes. 2 bedrooms, one of which has two twin beds and the other is an en-suite with a double bed. 2 full bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Easy parking area without payment.

Spacious and bright room.

It's a very nice room in a family apartment. It's just me, my partner, and my son. The apartment is located 10 minutes away from transportation that takes you to the center of Madrid in less than 15 minutes. We're a very cheerful family and love the idea of meeting people and making their stay enjoyable. The room also has a TV, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. Cooking, using the refrigerator and washing machine are allowed.
