Monthly Rentals in Buenos Aires

Super recommended. My stay was for 30 days and both the apartment and the building in general were in condition for such a stay. What I highlight is Mario, the person in charge of the general maintenance of the building because he was a super attentive and predisposed person at all times.

Nice little one-room apartment in a modern high-rise. The high-rise is mainly used for short-term rentals (AirBnB, etc.). The apartment is equipped with everything you need, except washing machine, a cheap laundry is just opposite the high-rise. The only uncomfortable ones were the barking dogs in the high-rise. Some residents have apparently brought their dogs and leave them alone in the apartment for a few hours, they bark all day, when one starts barking, everyone does. This is very loud in the other apartments due to the sound-conducting construction. Apart from that, I can recommend the apartment and the location 100%.

A spacious and bright studio on the 6th floor in a new building with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Check-in was very easy with the doorman. This was my second time staying here. A great location near the tranvía perfect for one or two people for a long term stay.
