Come enjoy your own space at your own pace, directly on Kerr Lake. Quaint two bdrm/1 bath house on the Lake. 90 minutes from Raleigh or Richmond. This charming home, sleeps five, and is just steps to the dock which you can tie your boat up to. Longwood State Park is the closest boat ramp, and a mere 10 minute boat ride from there. Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Enjoy this little one bedroom one bathroom apartment just a short distance from Kerr Lake & Clarkesville. Open the barn doors, grab a beer and enjoy the night fire under the star Happy to host events on the property, just let me know what kind and how many people! Bring your own tents, chairs, tables and have a blast :) Ps. There is no internet available at this time. We do have a lifetime supply of DVDs :) Boats are welcome in the garage!

Wifi with desk and Smart HD TV are provided. A “separate” beautiful bath house is located near the Communal fire pit away from the cabin. No bathroom facilities in cabin. Pets allowed with $30 pet fee. No pit bulls, rottweillers or other agressive dog breeds allowed. No pets allowed on beds.

Buggs Island Bungalow One of the oldest residences in Clarksville, the house dates back to the 1800's. We purchased it in 2019 and have lovingly renovated the space and returned it to its former glory. Enjoy all the amenities Clarksville has to offer. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened porch and then stroll to the lake or downtown for antique shopping, and then enjoy a brew at Buggs Island Brewing Company. Please note due to parking constraints we cannot accommodate boat parking.

Our brief stay at Ashley's Boutique Guest Stay in Downtown Clarksville was exactly what we were hoping for. We were in town for a 20-hour rendezvous with old college roommates. We chose Clarksville because it's halfway between our respective homes in Richmond, VA and Greensboro, NC. We chose Ashley's place because it was situated in the heart of downtown and offered plenty of space to relax and catch up. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and peaceful. The towels were deliciously thick and soft. And the porch overlooking the street was perfect for morning coffee and people-watching. So perfect, in fact, that we overstayed our check-out by 20 minutes! Sorry about that, Ashley...

We had a lovely stay! The location has a beautiful view of the water. It is peaceful with many outdoor spaces to relax, as well as a spacious, inviting kitchen and living area. The bedrooms were perfect for our family - especially the first floor bedroom and bath for my elderly mother. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate Rachel's flexibility and quick responses to our questions.

Absolutely recommend this property!! Our group loved the beautiful, well crafted guide provided prior to arrival (helped greatly with room picks & what got packed by who🤣). We enjoyed the variety of things to do from board games, pool, darts, corn hole, dock fishing & boating (trust me there is way more there to do we just wished we had stayed longer to do them)…as a mom hosting a larger group I found the detailed labeling of switches & cabinets refreshing… add in the quality bed linens & towels (plenty for everyone), cleaning supplies & great dishes/cookware/grill …I was loving life. It was so nice to relax on the swing with coffee in hand smiling with the family. Kudos to our host Susan💕 by far the best we’ve experienced!!!! You have truly created a beautiful & fun home
