Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the center of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cozy living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no direct neighbors, and is designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and its garden facing nature.

Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

Cottage by the Vézère

We welcome you to this thatched cottage located near our home. Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation by the Vézère. Beautiful interior decoration. Two attic mezzanine bedrooms with walkway to access. Small shed to store bicycles or other items. 10 min drive to Lake Viam. Numerous hiking trails for nature lovers. This accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, both for beds and for sanitary facilities.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Our charming little independent house of 28m2 is located in a remote location 4km away from Peyrelevade in the fresh air of the Plateau De Millevaches. You can practice hiking and mountain biking, go fishing.... You are in the heart of calm, serenity, tranquility and clean air, ideal for resting. The gite is ideal for 2 people. If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.
