The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. The garden is perfect for dining 'al fresco' and enjoy the view and sound of the bells of its majestic cathedral. Barga is only 40 mins from Lucca, 50 from Pisa and 90 from Florence. Please note there is a 1€ tourist tax per person for the first 3 nights to be paid cash upon arrival.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. All'esterno del monolocale un grande giardino dove riposarsi comodamente dopo aver goduto degli splendidi paesaggi della Garfagnana e della Valle del Serchio. Ottima base di partenza per escursioni sulla Alpi Apuane e sull'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano e per visitare Lucca distante 40 minuti in auto, Pisa un'ora, Firenze un'ora e mezza, la costa della Versilia un'ora.
