Our cozy guesthouse with sauna is located on an island on the Leidsche Vaart near the Braassemermeer. You will find us between Amsterdam (approx. 30 minutes, car), Schiphol (approx. 20 minutes, car and 30 minutes, bus) and The Hague (approx. 35 minutes, car) in the Groene Hart. Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), varen, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. The beach of Noordwijk is 30 minutes away by bike, and the accommodation is in the middle of the bulb region and only 15 minutes away by bike from the Keukenhof. Cities such as Amsterdam, Leiden and The Hague are in the immediate vicinity. Everything within reach in an oasis of peace

Quiet place, not far from Keukenhof, beach, dunes

Keukenhof en bollenvelden in 10 minuten: sfeervolle en rustige vakantiewoning op groot, afgesloten privéterrein met dieren: paarden, honden en kat. Strand en zee, Amsterdam, Schiphol-Airport, Haarlem, Den Haag zijn allen binnen een half uur bereikbaar: zeer centraal gelegen. Vrije wandeling en fietspaden op aangrenzend gelegen natuurgebied van Staatsbosbeheer. Of u kunt genieten van de ondergaande zon aan het water, de Ringvaart. 2 fietsen staan klaar voor onze gasten.

In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

The upper floor/sleeping area has no stair gate and we recommend not letting small children stay here.

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Downtown 256: The old shop: a completely renovated apartment in the centre of Leiden. A living room with wooden floor, 2 complete bedrooms, a complete kitchen, a big bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Everything is on the ground floor, no stairs.
