Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Buk-gu

It's the same as the picture, and you can see the sunrise from the veranda!! I went when it was hot, but it was a bit of a pity that there was no air conditioner in the master bedroom. There was plenty of bedding, so I stayed comfortably in the living room for two days.

It was small and tidy, so I had a good stay! The next time I come down to Yeongcheon, I'm going to stay again. The neighborhood is quiet and it's a place where people live, so I was able to stay with peace of mind.

It was nice that the host communicated well and was kind. It's close to Yeongildae Beach, and there are grocery stores and convenience stores right in front of the complex, and delivery is also good. The accommodation was very clean, tidy, spacious, and well-equipped, so I wanted to live there for a while, not just for a short time. The bedding outside the bed was thick and fluffy, so it was meaningless to choose a sleeping place. I don't know how long it's been since I've met such a satisfying accommodation... I can only say that it was the best.👍🏻

It was a recently renovated apartment with a white tone, so it was clean and the best value. There is one kitchen in three rooms, and the room close to the kitchen was used as a living room with a sofa, and there was cooking utensils and a stove in the kitchen, so it was possible to cook. There is a separate induction stove, and I was able to bring it to the room and grill meat, etc. It is 25 minutes to Pohang Jukdo Market and 15 minutes to the beach and fish market in Guryongpo, so the location is good and the surroundings are quiet. There was a grocery store inside the apartment complex. I bought ssam, chili peppers, ice cream, etc. The lack of an elevator can be seen as a disadvantage, and I think it would be nice to have two additional fans in the summer. There was a washing machine and porch, so you could do simple laundry. The water was installed on the veranda, so it was nice to be able to wash in the bathroom and porch at the same time without children and adults going out and washing when they went out and washed. I'm visiting as my first guest after remodeling, and I had a hard time with the front door password error, but I trust that the owner solved it well and will get better.

I am almost satisfied. There were adults, so it was hard up to the third floor... The stairs are steep... But that's not a problem at all unless you're old. First of all, you can see the sea from the large window, and there is a bed in a very large living room, not a room type, and it was better because it was a family. Originally, it was a reservation for 8 people, but there were 6 people who couldn't come suddenly, so I stayed generously ~

The house was tidy and the bedding was clean, so I rested well! The kitchen was also spacious, so it was great for a large family to use! It was a shame that there was no separate barbecue space, but only a table and a brazier at the entrance of the accommodation, but the barbecue heat was so good that I grilled the meat well!!

I was so happy to have a quiet place to study in for a long time! It was a space where the owner's attention to detail and consideration stood out. Fresh vegetables, stew, side dishes, and snacks, etc. I could really just buy meat. I enjoyed the cypress bathtub and sauna. The body bar that you provided was so comfortable that I wanted to buy it! I had a good stay.🤍

We had a wonderful stay in Mint’s house! It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and with everything we needed. It was very quiet, with a lovely comfy bed, and a great shower. We were able to walk to many restaurants and local tourist attractions, and there are bus stops nearby for trips further afield. There are several convenience stores nearby. Mint sent photographs in advance, which was very useful for locating the property. Mint is a very friendly, helpful and generous host, and we have no hesitation in recommending this house as a perfect base from which to explore Gyeongju. We’d love to return someday!

It was a very spacious and comfortable accommodation. First of all, I really liked that there were 3 bathrooms where I could shower, and the kitchen and living room were quite spacious, so I was able to live comfortably. Overall, it was neat, and the bathroom was quite clean without any smells or messy parts. I don't think there were any bugs other than the day bugs that inevitably came in when I opened the door (at least I've never seen them with my eyes). There was also a hair dryer, roll bit, etc., and there was a mirror in the room and living room, so it was very easy to get ready to go out, combined with the merit of the bathroom in front. It was also a great merit that Hwangnidan-gil, Cheomseongdae, and Donggunggawolji were within walking distance, and there was a delicious restaurant nearby. Also, there is an outdoor concert that is visited by famous singers every Friday, and it is a location that can be reached within a 5-minute walk from the accommodation, so I was able to easily move and enjoy it. The host kindly and thoroughly guided us to the nearby cafes, restaurants, and how to get to the accommodation before check-in, and we were able to communicate quickly and smoothly.

I went out with my friends, and it was nice to be able to use the karaoke room 24 hours a day. The soundproofing is good. But it's a little disappointing that they gave me a blanket instead of a duvet.

I've used Airbnb a lot, but this was the first time I felt that the accommodation met the needs of the guests in detail! From multi-tap to chairs set to fit the number of people, disposable items, plenty of towels, and welcome bread!! The barbecue area is set up to feel like camping, and all the necessary disposables and grills are prepared, so I rested so comfortably. It was a single-family home, so I was able to play with my group until late at night without worrying, and all the bedding prepared in the three rooms was generous in size and had hangers, so it was so comfortable! The location is also in the city, so there are a lot of deliveries! I rested so well that I want to come again the next time I come to Gyeongju!
