Downtown private parking apartment with direct connection to the pedestrian street, 100 m from the castle, 200 m from the beach, restaurants, entertainment venues, cafes, bars. Ideal for families with 1 or 2 children, for couples. The accommodation is not really suitable for 4 adults, as one bed is just a pull-out couch. The apartment only has a kitchenette, which is not suitable for cooking.

Megtalálható benne: -2 db különbejáratú hálószoba légkondicionálóval (180x200 és 160x200 nagy méretű ágyakkal) - panorámás erkély kilátással a Bükki erdőre - egy sportszoba billiárd asztallal, futópad és szoba kerékpárral A tulajdonosok az alsó szinten laknak, ezért a kert közösen használt. A vendégek, a hátsó udvaron kialakított részen tartózkodhatnak.

A portán két külön vendégház áll egymás mögött, maximum 12 fő részére. Az első ház 4 főnek kényelmes, saját szobával konyhával és fürdővel. A hátsó ház teraszáról nyílik egy külön bejáratú emeletes ágyas apartman. Ezt nagycsaládosoknak ajánljuk 4+4 fő részére. A házban szoba, konyha és fürdőszoba van. Az emeletes ágyas apartmanban pedig még egy fürdőszoba. A hátsó házzal szemben van egy külön bejáratú játszó szoba, ahova elvonulhatnak a gyerekek játszani, felfedezni.

Eger - Home with a view - V3 Apartment

My place is a 9th floor apartment with a nice balcony and a great view. There are shopping nearby/ TESCO, Lidl, etc.../ at your fingertips, and delicious pastries are available for breakfast from the bakery across the street. The apartment can easily be accessed by elevator, small, old and young. If you'd like to spend a few days in an affordable, nice place-you 're in the right place. I look forward to seeing you!
