The historic House was built in 1870, in the most picturesque place of Tsihisjiri, next to the Castello Mare complex. The whole ground floor is for rent, the entrance is separate, the ceiling height is 3.8 m. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a courtyard with a gazebo. Lovely home,close to the seaside, just 250 meters away! In a small hill, with a wonderful sea view and a constant fresh sea breeze. You have access to the entire second floor with a separate entrance,three bedrooms, a huge hall, a bathroom kitchen and a balcony. Each bedroom has panoramic sea views from each bedroom. I would like to thank Sophia, her mother, and her father. I did not meet Sophia, but her parents are wonderful. Her mother brought us coffee, baklava, and chocolate. As a kind of hospitality, the cottage is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. We had two days in their quiet cottage, one of the most beautiful days of our lives. 🌹 Those who are looking for tranquility will find it. They are interested in the most authentic details and the cottage decorations are very beautiful. Sophia's mother is wonderful. She was always smiling. Thank you and I will repeat the visit and advise everyone to visit the place 👍👍👍

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

We felt very comfortable with two families! It's a great place to relax. We were very warmly welcomed and felt very welcome. The accommodation is nice and very well equipped. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the tangerine garden and the sea. The only small downside was the uncleaned wardrobes, which were stated as usable in the description. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay that I would travel back to anytime! Thanks to Elza and Murman for the wonderful time!!
