Dimitar is a nice, friendly cheerfull host. The place was great and also has a very spacious surrounding garden for the fury friends. We fellt directly at home in the big kitchen equiped with everything you need and a nice fireplace. There is also a pool which is great for the summer. We had a great time at Dimitars and fully recommend his welcoming place.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Byala ... unsere Vorstellungen wurden perfekt erfüllt. Am Rande vom Ort gelegen, schön ruhig und mit Blick aufs Meer sowie die Felder. Dennoch das Stadtzentrum und alles andere schnell zu erreichen ... egal ob mit Auto oder zu Fuß. Gerade mit einem Kind sehr zu empfehlen. Ljubka ist sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf Anrufe und Fragen reagiert. Eine nette Gastgeberin, bei der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und sicherlich mal wieder Urlaub machen werden.

Our stay at Kelly and Richard's place was exceptional. The property far exceeded our expectations. It's clear they've invested significant effort into creating such a special place. Both Kelly and Richard are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Richard's cooking is delicious, and I highly recommend trying it. If you're seeking a peaceful escape from the city, this is the perfect spot.

Perfect place to stay, with great value!

This is my second stay at the same apartment in Kosharitsa, and I just love it. I came with my pregnant wife, and 2 kids (1.5 years and 6 years), and trust me when I say it is perfect for family. What I really liked is that it is a closed resort - so I can give the kid the freedom to wander around and play with other kids without constant supervision. In addition, as I am usually in June (off season), we get the whole resort jus for us and few other couples. I saw some reviews about being in the middle of nowhere—it is true, 7km from the sea. But I have to mention it is near a forest, so the air is pretty clean and fresh in the evenings. And the restaurant is so cheap, that cooking at home becomes obsolete. I definitely recommend it, and I am coming again in June 2025 - hopefully with 3 kids.

I am lucky to find this place. Highly recommended for guests interested in permaculture and community. I learned a lot from their way to live, and I believe this experience will makes me to choose better decision in my life. I felt alive, eating healthy and dancing together in nature. Thank you for creating this place.

Къщата е приказна! Много по-голяма и красива от очакваното. Пространствата са огромни, а интериорът е стилен и артистичен. Изключително уютно и различно е - усещането е като за много специален дом, категорично не като хотел. Намира се сред лозя и овощни градини - пълна изолация, тишина и природа, а по време на престоя си се радвахме и на магични залези. Изкарахме наистина много специална Коледа там - цялото семейство. Благодарни сме на домакините - Мартин и хората, които се грижат за къщата. Единственото предизвикателство за мен беше, че е в къщата е хладно при пристигане, особено в най-голямата спалня - там е студено, но помещенията са наистина огромни и предполагам, че няма как да е по-друг начин. Проблемът се решава бързо, след като камините поработят известно време. Преживяването в Поляна е много различно! Категорично си заслужава, а за нас беше буквално вълшебно!

This is my second time at Yablanitsa Balkan Huts and I had the same great experience as the first time. Warm welcome by the hosts, delicious food, cozy fire and pleasant chats accompanied my stay. I'd recommend the place to anyone who'd like to experience the hospitality and warm attitude of the hosts as well as the great nature, the big starry sky and the romantic atmosphere of the huts. I will be back again, I promise!

Convinient house. Perfect for big companies. location is somewhat far from main road, but not that bad. 5 minutes only. Has it's own territory. All photo are real. Good place to stay.

Great home for a weekend getaway. The house is very spacious and inviting, and the pool feels great in the summer. The location is close to local attractions such as beaches and hiking areas.

Прекрасно място за почивка сред природата! Къщата напълно отговаряше на описанието – чиста, уютна и с невероятна гледка към околната гора. Още с пристигането ни бяхме топло посрещнати от домакините, които бяха изключително любезни и отзивчиви. Те ни показаха двора, който беше поддържан, както и животните в него – истинска радост за децата и любителите на природата. Мястото е идеално за отдих и бягство от градския шум. Препоръчвам го на всеки, който търси спокойствие, комфорт и гостоприемство! С удоволствие бихме посетили отново.

Experience an alternative lifestyle in rural Bulgaria with warm hospitality.

We stayed 17 people (two families with children) at Alexander's place for 10 days. It was our first time for such a trip and the stay at his place was most wonderful for us. The house is very pleasant, clean and equipped with everything needed. The garden is also large and well maintained. Alexander is a very nice and kind host who helps and provides a solution for everything you need, such as an additional refrigerator and an additional dining table in the garden. He also helped us with the trip from the airport and all the trips in the area. We felt that he really wanted us to enjoy and be satisfied with our vacation and thanks to him it was. We highly recommend this place for a vacation and hope to return in the coming years.
