Very good for the price. Would recommend. It’s very clean and easy check in. It’s more of a hotel than an Airbnb or hostel. And nice personnel as well :)

Stefan’s place is cosy, spacious and close to the centre of town and the beach. Communication was easy and we had a great time overall!

Stefan's place is a wonderful, peaceful retreat on the outskirts of Kalofer. It is located right next to the historic female monastery, which has over 300 years of history. The house offers stunning views of the surrounding forests and Botek Peak. The location is ideal for exploring—drive to Panitsa for a BBQ by the river, or hike to Ray Waterfall in about 4-5 hours if you're fit, or up to 10 hours if you prefer a more relaxed pace. Stefan, a local mountaineering expert, can assist in planning your adventures. He also mentioned that after May 2025, he will have an off-road vehicle to take visitors to Botev Peak! The house is bright, beautifully decorated, and features a communal kitchen fully stocked for your stay. It's within walking distance to the center of Kalofer, where you'll find a lovely restaurant near the bus stop, close to the historic house of Hristo Botev. I highly recommend this spot, and we look forward to returning soon! The beds are good and rooms are comfy and cosy!

Nice quiet area. The owners seem to love their place and everything is beautifull. The only comment that we can note is that the toilet is one with the shower, so you cannot go to the toilet after someone has a shower

Everything was just as described. The apartment is small, but it has everything you might need for a short stay. It is in a good location. There are always free parking spots on the street outside the building. It is close to the Gondola lift as well as to the live area around the lift. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

We had a great visit here. The most beautiful picture-like view from windows, full of love breakfast and very peaceful place in spring. Polina, Ralica and others helped us a lot and did it with care🥰 Thank you!

The perfect stay starting from the apartment itself to the infrastructure next to it! The apartment is modern, clean, bright! Everything you need for relaxation, cooking! There is a swimming pool and a playground in the complex. Very convenient and quick to the beach (2 minutes to the first free beach and a little further starting another beach). The host is very welcoming!! Allowed to leave things earlier than check-in and in general turned out to check in earlier! Like checking out a little later☺️ The complex is quiet, no noisy neighbors. Easy to drive to Sunny Beach, Nessebar if you want to walk in a bigger city. But Sveti Vlas himself is perfect for a relaxing holiday! Nearby there is a shop, restaurant, bus stops, a large supermarket (15 minutes walk), coffee shops and shops. We really liked it, we are all happy and the price-quality is perfect! If we are still relaxing, we will definitely stay here! Thanks Piotr!!

We had a great time. The hotel is lovely. In a very good location it is located. The view of the sea is unforgettable. The rooms are extremely cozy and have all the necessary amenities. The fact that there is somewhere to park is a big plus. Desi is very responsive and accommodating. We will be back again for sure.

We loved our vacation here. They have a beautifull garden and in the morning we saw a perfect sunrise from there. They can make small improvements in the room but overall we felt like home.

The place is very close to the beach, making it perfect for a beach vacation.

The owner is very nice, he gave us access to the pool, perfect after a hike in the Rhodopes, and prepared dinner for us! Ask him for chocolate crepes for dessert: they are delicious. Even without speaking the same language, we managed to understand each other very easily with Google Translate. A good experience in Khardzali!

Everything looks nice, the beach is 15 min walk.

Best Air Bnb I ever stayed!

Great value for the price We stayed here for several nights as a family (2 small children) and it was great. Clean, well-equipped and the complex with playground and pool is great for children. Highly recommended for a stay on the Bulgarian south coast
