Hotel holiday rentals in Bulgaria

Very good for the price. Would recommend. It’s very clean and easy check in. It’s more of a hotel than an Airbnb or hostel. And nice personnel as well :)

Stefan’s place is cosy, spacious and close to the centre of town and the beach. Communication was easy and we had a great time overall!

Great place has the option of sharing with others or private rooms all really quirky and interesting spaces. The reception was really helpful and very friendly highly recommended

Stefan's place is a wonderful, peaceful retreat on the outskirts of Kalofer. It is located right next to the historic female monastery, which has over 300 years of history. The house offers stunning views of the surrounding forests and Botek Peak. The location is ideal for exploring—drive to Panitsa for a BBQ by the river, or hike to Ray Waterfall in about 4-5 hours if you're fit, or up to 10 hours if you prefer a more relaxed pace. Stefan, a local mountaineering expert, can assist in planning your adventures. He also mentioned that after May 2025, he will have an off-road vehicle to take visitors to Botev Peak! The house is bright, beautifully decorated, and features a communal kitchen fully stocked for your stay. It's within walking distance to the center of Kalofer, where you'll find a lovely restaurant near the bus stop, close to the historic house of Hristo Botev. I highly recommend this spot, and we look forward to returning soon! The beds are good and rooms are comfy and cosy!

Nice quiet area. The owners seem to love their place and everything is beautifull. The only comment that we can note is that the toilet is one with the shower, so you cannot go to the toilet after someone has a shower

Apartament intim, dragut, cu aproape toate cele necesare la indemana. Locatia destul de aproape de Gondola si de zona de restaurante si activitati. Ne-am simtit ca acasa. Puncte slabe: Ar fi fost util un perete de sticla la dus, caci apa se imprastie peste tot in baie, chiar daca tragi bine perdeaua. Apa calda ne ajungea pentru o singura persoana, apoi trebuia sa asteptam sa se incalzeasca apa in boiler ca sa facem dus din nou.

Wir hatten 3 sehr angenehme Tage am Fuss des Balkangebirges. Das Essen war gut, der Pool angenehm und die Aussicht auf die Berge sehr toll. Die Inhaber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wanderung zum Wasserfall mit Bad im Fluss war sehr schön, und nachts haben wir Wölfe heulen gehört. Auch mit Kindern sehr empfehlenswert.

Ідеальне помешкання починаючи з самої квартири закінчуючи інфрастуктурою поруч! Квартира сучасна, чиста, світла! Ж все необхідне для відпочинку, приготування їжі! В комплексі є басейн та дитячий майданчик. Дуже зручно та швидко до пляжу (2 хвилини до першого безкоштовного пляжу и трошки далі починаються інший пляжі). Господар дуже привітний!! Дозволив залишити речі раніше заселення і загалом вийшло заселилися раніше! Як і виселитися трохи пізніше☺️ В комплексі тихо, немає шумних сусідів. Легко доїхати до Сонячного Берега, Несебра, якщо хочеться погуляти в більш великому місті. Але сам Светий Влас ідеально для спокійного відпочинку! Поруч магазин, ресторан, автобусні зупинки, великий супермаркет (15 хвилин пішки), кавʼярні та магазини. Нам дуже сподобалось, ми всім задоволені та ціна-якість ідеальна! Якщо будемо ще відпочивати, зупинимось обовʼязково ще тут! Дякую, Piotr!!

Изкарахме си страхотно. Хотелът е прекрасен. На много добро място се намира. Гледката към морето е незабравима. Стаите са изключително уютни и имат всички необходими удобства. Фактът,че има къде да се паркира е голям плюс. Деси е много отзивчива и любезна. Ще се върнем пак със сигурност.

La villa correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Le lieu est très calme et naturel, les différents espaces sont pensés avec soin. Les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse et d’un accueil incroyables. La piscine était top. À mi-chemin entre la plage et le centre-ville, avec une petite épicerie à proximité.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah am Strand, wodurch sie sich perfekt für einen Strand Urlaub eignet.

Le propriétaire est très gentil, il nous a donné accès à la piscine, parfaite après une randonnée dans les Rhodopes, et nous a préparé le dîner ! Demander lui des crêpes au chocolat en dessert : elles sont délicieuses. Même sans parler la même langue, nous avons réussi à nous comprendre très facilement avec Google Trad. Une bonne expérience à Khardzali !

Everything looks nice, the beach is 15 min walk.

Best Air Bnb I ever stayed!

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons séjourné plusieurs nuits ici en famille (2 enfants bas âge) et c'était nickel. Propre, bien équipée et le complex avec air de jeux et piscine est génial pour les enfants. On recommande fortement pour un Séjour sur la côte sud Bulgare

Everything was good and as described. The girls working there were kind and helpful. We had a lovely time there.

Amazing views, kitchen and hospitality. We were with a dog and they left some treats in the room for him. We will visit again.

Narek is a great host who is always there to help. The apartment is cosy and well furnished. We’ve really enjoyed staying at Narek’s place.
