Our house is located in the middle of the center of Sofia .. just two-three minutes from the main pedestrian street - “Vitosha blvd”, where some of the best restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the city are located. and within walking distance of most museums and major sites of interest. The property is completely renovated and furnished with new furniture..thought exclusively to provide the greatest comfort to travelers who choose to stay here. It is on the first floor.

The property is a lovely converted barn, keeping some original features such as a stone wall and wooden beams, yet wirh all modern facilities of a newly fitted kitchen, bathrooms, airconditioning in summer and heating in winter. The hosts holds chickens and grows an organic vegetable garden as well as an orchard with various fruit trees.

All these on an area of 120 square meters. We also offer a splendid garden of 60 square meters. You are welcome with your family or a friends company. Six people can be comfortably accommodated. We could provide breakfast on request.
