The cottage is located high. Sun much of the day/evening. Nature plot is shared with the main building. Neighbors are around, not close, and you can take care of yourself. The cottage has a large bright living room, a smaller bedroom, a mini kitchen as well as a toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. 3 km to the sea and child-friendly swimming. Both close to the cabin and on Värmdö there are scenic areas for recreation. Two km to the bus with direct bus to Slussen/Stockholm. Seven km to grocery store. Two bicycles are available.

Weekend in archipelago, Djurö

The guest house of 45 km2 , 1 room & kitchen, is located on Djurö (Djurhamn) in Stockholm Archipelago about 4.5 mil from Slussen, Stockholm, bus 434 (about 1 h drive). The house is located 1 km from ICA and the 3 beaches nearby. Kitchen, water toilet, washing machine, fridge/freezer, TV 52 inch, App TV, Wifi, private terrace with parasol. Parking at the garage. The sofa is folded down to a 120 cm bed, extra mass is available Self check-in is done via a "code box" where the key is located, see pictures, code comes when booking.

Enjoy nature when you stay in this unique place. You will stay in our glamping/dome tent with room for two. No temporary unbooked visits allowed on the property beyond the two. Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning stove and wonderful views. You cook the food over an open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are soothed by the sound of the waves that lulls you to sleep. You have access to the toilet and shower near the tent. Drinking water is available in a can. You do the dishes in the sea. Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma Canal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and tea sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple themselves sometimes recharge their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

Stuga med pool & garden

The cottage can be reached by car or 1 hour by bus 434 from Slussen. 1 km from the bus stop Fjällsvik. In Djurhamn, 7 km away, there is an ICA, bakery and restaurants. 15-minute walk to various swimming areas in the sea or lake. There is a sandy beach, rock bathing or jetties to swim from. The cottage is located on the host family's property and is accessed by stairs. Duvets and pillows are available for up to four people. Sheets and towels can be rented for SEK 100/person. Please let us know in advance.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

The house is in Stavsnäs, close to Sjösala and close to the city on the archipelago. The house is newly renovated. 3 beds in the house upstairs and a 2 bed sofa bed for guests downstairs. Pub/café and shop close by. 8 min walk to the bus, 10 min to ferries, 45 min to Stockholm. Peaceful, cosy. Private parking with boat or car. Obs: Towels and bedsheets is ”not” included. Cleaning is not included. The house must be restored to the same condition at checkout as it was on the arrivial day.
