Wonderfully appointed apartment in the very heart of Dubrovnik. It benefits from a private entrance and gives you a feeling of staying in your own house! All the facilities in the apartment are high end and finished to the highest standard. You are in a great location just a short walk to all the touristy spots and seafront. Apartment had everything we required including toiletries, coffee, sugar, milk, plenty of towels, high quality bed linen, super fast WiFi connection. The host was always responsive and provided us with very comprehensive check in instruction videos which made the arrival process much smoother for us especially after a flight. I highly recommend this apartment and will visiting again!

What can we say about Frano and his place that others haven't said before. Beautiful and clean place. Helpful and responsive. Great recommendations. Just great! The only issue we had that was out of Frano's hands were the mosquitoes. Our daughter got bitten pretty good while we were sleeping.

Such a great location with a breathtaking view. Felt right at home & Daniella and her mom were great hosts. Highly recommend staying here if your visiting Dubrovnik and don’t want to stay directly in the Center.

Very beautiful apartments with a great view. Great location if you want to be close to Kotor, but far enough away from the big tourist crowds. From the house you can go for a walk along the promenade. The owners have taken care of a travel guide and recommendations for what to do and where to eat. I definitely recommend the apartments.

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

We had a wonderful week in an amazing villa. The setting is truly stunning, very peaceful and with a wonderful view over to the Adriatic. The villa itself is very well equipped with the benefit of a great pool and hot-tub, and is located within easy walking distance of Zaton which has some nice bars and restaurants. We visited Dubrovnik and Cavtat which are within easy reach, and also took a ferry to Lokrum Island which is well worth a visit. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Duro’s house and will hopefully return again in the future!

We enjoyed the stay with the family, and we regretted not having booked more days, because it was cozy in the apartment, and lots of experiences within driving distance. The apartment's terrace had a magnificent view of the sea, so we enjoyed our meals. On the second day, when we got home in the evening, our dog escaped out the door without us having seen it - it had discovered a cat and ran after it, even though the cat disappeared up an outside staircase and onto the roof, suddenly our dog had landed on the roof without being able to get down again. The hostess helped to lead, and fortunately she discovered where it was, so I could get up and save it down :-) We'll be happy to come back another time.

Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

It's a charming and secluded place with one of the best views we've ever had. The terrace at the house is wonderful for breakfast or a barbecue. The jetty by the sea gets plenty of sun in the afternoon and evening, but there is also enough shade provided by the pine trees. The house is a 20mins walk away from the village, and in May the roadside was full with wildflowers. Keep in mind that Sobra is a very quiet place, and the house is even more remote. You have to like that, but we did.

We enjoyed a week in a summer apartment, with our own beach and a beautiful yard surrounded by flowering bushes. Very good place to stay in the warm season. I don't know what would have been a better place for us, two teenagers, two seniors and two middle-aged. Ferry connections operate to Cavtat and Dubrovnik, as well as Uber transport. We had a rental car, but during the high season finding parking spaces is challenging and therefore public transport is a recommended way to get around. The house is reached via a 300-meter walk along the beach, so the place may be a bit challenging for people with reduced mobility. Marko is a helpful and friendly host who made sure that nothing was missing and helped with the bags. The swimming pool of the adjacent hotel would also have been in use. We had enough of the sea, snorkeling and Sublauta through Marko. Strong recommendation for the destination!

Suela's apartament was spotlessly clean and as per description. Very good location, next to the beachfront and lots of shops and restaurants. Tastefully decorated with everything you need for your stay. Air condition worked very well. Suela was very responsive and answered any questions I had straight away. Fantastic host. There is a paid parking next to the apartament or you can park on the street. In short, we had fantastic stay in this apartament and is highly recommended. Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

Best place we have stayed! The place was so well looked after and we were helped with anything we needed. You can find out about all the hidden gems of durres as well as the simple things for convenience like shops etc. The balcony has such a beautiful view and as nice as the pictures are of this place it is all even more beautiful when you arrive. Our stay in Durrës was absolutely wonderful, and it's largely thanks to our incredible host. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The apartment was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, which made our stay very pleasant. What really made the difference was her availability and her invaluable help in organizing our stay. She took the time to give us excellent advice and help us plan our activities, which greatly facilitated our visits. In addition, we particularly appreciated his flexibility and kindness on the day of our arrival. We arrived very early in the morning, well before check-in time, and she rushed to clean up so that we could settle in comfortably without waiting. What a great few nights in Cavtat. Bruno was so good at communication and responded within minutes of if I needed to ask a question. Super friendly. The apartment was very clean and as described. The walk to the main harbour was about a 25 minute walk, it’s a bit tough walking back up the hill but we liked that as made sure we worked off dinner and drinks. Beautiful location and so near to the beach and closer restaurants if you didn’t want to walk to the main town. So much to do and a great base for excursions. Little cafe a minute walk up the road for water or snacks/breakfast. All in all I will be returning. This place is truly magical.
