We are 2.2mi to downtown Black Mountain & 23min drive to downtown Asheville. Surrounded by an abundance of nature, mature trees, & wildlife including bears.

The Cozy Cottage boasts a welcoming modern farmhouse decor as well as a quaint and calming atmosphere. Enjoy a cup of hot tea as you sit on the front porch and take in the gorgeous mountain views. Recently thoroughly remodeled and upgraded in summer of 22. We now have central heating and air, 6 person Hot tub, brand new huge fire pit, new washer and dryer, and all new furniture.
