Bohemia Heights is your Cairns sanctuary, just 1.2 km from the city centre—a quick 15-minute stroll to the heart of town. This spacious apartment features two bedrooms with built-in robes, an open-plan kitchen/living area, and an on-site pool. While not a modern build, it’s full of character and charm. Kuranda, home to the Indigenous Djabugay people is tucked away within an ancient Rainforest. Jum Rum Place is located only 1.6km from the Kuranda village, North Queensland backing onto Jum Rum Creek Conservation Park where there are numerous species of birds, Striped possums, Suger Gliders, Pademelons with abundance of butterflies including the Ulysses and Cairns Bird Wing. The beautiful Jum Rum Creek Walking Track is close by which takes you into the Kuranda Village, only a 15 minute walk.

Located just outside the city and 8 minutes drive to the airport, this is a lovely peaceful apartment that is attached to the main house where we live, but completely private, with your own entrance. The spacious and fresh bedroom with tropical garden outlook is well insulated so cool in summer (it is also air-conditioned) and the fully tiled ensuite bathroom is functional and modern. The Orchid Room is perfect for a couples romantic getaway, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Located just out from the City Centre at 207 Spence St, Bungalow, is this beautiful two-bedroom, one bathroom character apartment on the first floor up. There are only four units in the whole block – all managed by us. Don't be fooled by the outside - inside is lovely. It is an older complex and we are continually upgrading and renovating so it presents well internally. The unit is located near an intersection which can be busy at time, so please be aware there will be road noise.

We are approximately 14 minutes drive from the Cairns Airport or Cairns City Centre, therefore we highly recommend your own car.
