Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Bunkyo City

Our family of 4 adults stayed here for 3 nights upon our arrival to Tokyo. Ken’s place was comfortable and had basic amenities as listed in the description. If you have tall people (6 feet or taller) they will have to duck going through the doorways, but neither of our guys had an issue with it and nobody hit their head. It was a short 10 minute walk to Shibuya station and had plenty of restaurants around. A nice grocery store is about 8 minutes walk away and plenty of convenience stores in every direction. Beds comfortable and bathroom was pretty spacious. Location was quiet but not far from busy Shibuya scramble area. I would stay here again upon return visit to Tokyo.

we had a great stay here. It was just a short scenic walk away from buey asakusa but felt peaceful and local. we could not believe how quiet it was! finding it and using provided codes was easy. Room was spacious for Tokyo and the price paid. Would book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Tetsuya’s place during our 9-day trip. He provided clear instructions and detailed descriptions of the rental, and he communicated consistently to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was also excellent—just a short walk from the train stations and conveniently located in a commercial area. It was easy to do groceries, run errands, shop, and most importantly, explore a variety of local restaurants and delicacies. What stood out the most, though, was Tetsuya’s genuine care and hospitality. He went above and beyond by helping us carry our heavy luggage during both check-in and check-out. That kind of personal touch made our stay even more memorable.

Great stay in Tokyo with hubby and 11 year old twins. Location was perfect...halfway between Shibuya/harajuku and Ginza so we could hop on the subway and get to our destination with just a few stops. The outdoor space was lovely and I enjoyed my coffee there every morning. I did laundry twice (they provided detergent-very nice) and could easily hang the clothes outside to dry. The neighborhood had some great restaurants just a few blocks away and was far less crowded than other neighborhoods... would definitely recommend this place!

It was used for the second time.It was the most convenient reason I chose to have a sense of the land, but the owner's response was very good last time, and I used it again this time.Thank you for being so kind and courteous.Last time, the fact that there was no dryer has been updated this time, and I think that this owner is also evaluated for his active attitude (^ ^) Thank you very much.

The city was beautiful and the space was just perfect for what we had been wanting. Ray was a huge help and very friendly.

I had a very comfortable stay. Kaoru was a great host, responsive, and helpful. The place is quiet and within walking distance from supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, Waseda campus, and train stations.

Very nice place to stay. Close to the Sensojo-ji temple and the Skytree. Clean and tidy. My family loved it.

Very nice place to stay. Spotless. Very clean. Fully equipped. Exactly as I said. Loved it. There is a convenient washing machine. There is also a projector with good sound. The screen is very sharp. I love watching YouTube while eating in the living room with the family. Very close to convenience stores and shopping malls and the train station. Walking distance. There are restaurants along the way. Tomio. The host is very kind and friendly. Very helpful. I am very helpful. Check in and check out time is flexible. There is a guide to coming to the house. Wifi code is very fast. 10/10 The house is very warm, well proportioned, clear, not too narrow. If anyone is visiting, I recommend this place!! I have no hesitation in giving five stars for this place at all.

It is simple, whether as a group of friends or family mega cozy. We had a great time together at this Airbnb and the best thing with the train connection nearby was quick to get anywhere.

Overall a great place to stay in. Ample space to move around plus the beds were comfortable. The elevator in the house was a great help in bringing our luggages up and down and also after a long tiring day of walking. Lots of shops and dining around the area. Convenience stores and the metro station are walkable. Jerry is a great host and replies within a few minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was fantastic—close to 7-Eleven, coffee shops, restaurants, and the train station, which made everything very convenient. We were traveling with our 4-year-old, and the space was just right for our family of 3. The host gave clear directions, making check-in smooth and easy. They were also very responsive and thoughtfully provided some children’s books and toys for our daughter, which we truly appreciated. As for slight downsides, the toilet room was a bit small, but that seems typical in Japan. There was a bit of an odor in the shower room, but leaving the window open helped with that. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks again for a great stay!

Akira's property was exactly has the photos no editing done on this property. Easy to get to from our arrival from Narita Airport. Very rare to have accommodation for her listed price with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets close to transport and easy access from the airport. I will definitely pass on this accommodation details if anyone is interested in going to Tokyo. Antonio

Our family of 4 (to include 2 elementary children) stayed here for two nights before we flew out from Haneda. We spent Spring break in the area using only public transportation & the apartment was a short walk to/from the train station! It was also only 2 stops from the international terminal! Perfect location to wind down from the heavier foot traffic areas & convenient stores/vending machines on every corner. The apartment was just like the photos. The kids LOVED the upstairs loft; it was equipped with a projector too! Highly recommend!

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs

We had a wonderful time at Villa Kamakura. Toshi is truly the perfect host. Even before we arrived, we were provided with plenty of useful information, also with many tips about the area, rarely we have experienced such a great service. And the apartment itself was also just great and very well located. There was nothing missing, you had a great view, the bed was very comfortable. We will be happy to come back! :)

Our group had a very enjoyable stay. Definitely enjoyed being so close to restaurants and a subway station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. A nice cozy home away from home. 😁

First of all Toshi is an amazing host, proactive and caring. He helped us with many things and he responded with patience and politeness. The villa/apt is nice and cozy, it has everything you need. Large tv, comfy bed and a fantastic small kitchen. The only thing is the bath is a little high on the edge which can be a little hard to climb over, but that’s not a deal breaker. Thank you Toshi!
