Struttura dotata di giardino, smart TV, cucina attrezzata con pentole, stoviglie, forno, microonde, frigo, lavastoviglie e piano cottura, un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale. È in un contesto agricolo. E' quindi possibile il passaggio di macchinari agricoli che creano rumore, sia in giorni festivi che in orari mattutini. Animali ammessi su richiesta e potrebbe essere chiesto un supplemento.
