Dairemizde yatak odasından açılan geniş bir veranda bulunur. Bu verandadan arka sokağa da erişebilirsiniz. Bir apart daireden ziyade kendi evinizde hisseetmeniz için tüm detaylar incelikle işlendi.

Heybeliadali marangoz Andon usta 1928 yilinda Burak Reis Sokak'ta bir ev yaptirmaya karar verir. 1930 yilinda biten evin alt kati tas, ust kati kagir yigma, tavan ve tabani ahsaptir. Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. Evin arkasi orman, onu alabildigine mavilikler ve sabahlari sadece kus sesleri...

Our apartment, where we offer the opportunity to have a peaceful holiday with your family or friends, also has a backyard and the use of the relevant garden belongs only to our guests. Entrance and exit to the garden are from the rented house.

In winter, peaceful evenings by the sea-view fireplace in the living room await you. The host lives on the upper floor with three Jack Russell dogs. The guest floor has a separate entrance, and the upper and lower floors are connected by an internal staircase. Great care is taken to ensure our guests’ privacy and comfort.

It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Evi 2021 yılında tadilat ettik ve eski eşyaları restore ettik. Annemin kendi eliyle işlediği etaminleri perde yaptık. Yeniden boyanan duvarlar, umarım ki sizlerin de keyifli vakit geçirmenize şahit olur ve ileride anı olarak hatırlayacağınız bu anlar her zaman yüzünüzün tatlı bir tebessüm ile donanması yol açar. Located at a quiet street on the island, away from the daily crowd and tour paths, though just a 10 minutes walk to all amenities and centre, reachable without treading steep slopes. 60 square meter space is plain and bright, consists of two rooms, an open layout living room and dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
