I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Dubai! The location is unbeatable— right on JBR Beach, just steps from the sea. The apartment is part of a luxury residence attached to a five-star hotel, which made the whole experience feel like a resort vacation. I had access to a private pool, a well-equipped gym, and exclusive beachfront lounges for residents. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. One of the highlights was being able to enjoy all the hotel's amenities-especially the wide variety of fancy restaurants right downstairs. There were so many amazing dining options to choose from! Getting around was super easy-taxis were always just a minute away, so exploring Dubai was effortless. A special thank you to the host Kiran who kindly gifted me a box of premium Dubai dates. We had a great stay! The view from the property was absolutely amazing — it really made our mini vacation special. Communication was excellent, with quick responses to any questions we had. 2 adults and 1 child and we had more than enough space! Spotless, clean and a beautiful sea view which we enjoyed during the day and evening. 2 great size bedrooms and bathrooms and a n ample size kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. The communal pool was pretty and there was also a well equipped shared gym. Spinney’s supermarket nearby and a minute walk to the harbour with delicious restaurants by the waterfront. My friend and I had the best time and we will definitely visit again. It’s slightly out of the ‘centre’ of Dubai but we enjoyed being out of the craziness of it all. Plus, taxi’s are cheap and plentiful so we jumped in one when visiting some of Dubai’s sights. Jay was an excellent host and communication was seamless and easy. Thank you!

Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights at Rajnish’s place. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid and everyone enjoyed. The views from this appartment (and its 3 balconies) are super amazing. Upon googling I found that this building is the 3rd tallest building in Dubai. The appartment is located on 82nd floor. Rajnish was kind to give us an early checkin at 12:30 pm. Appartment has two extra foldable beds which one can use. Rooms are very spacious and were clean. Bed was comfortable. You get a fast internet. Checkin was smooth. Dubai Marina is a great neighbourhood to stay.

Mary’s place was perfect for me, right next to the Dubai marina. Mary’s place had everything I needed, the bed was so comfy. It was really clean too. I felt very safe here and the people that work in reception in the building are helpful. If I needed anything or any questions Mary would be a message away. If I am ever back in dubai I will defo stay here again. Thanks again!

So much good to say. The place is amazing with a perfect location. Bed is comfy and all the comfort you could ask for. But the real gem is the host who went out of his way to make an amazing experience. I’ll be back.

Overall, I would give it a good rating. It’s a very beautiful apartment and the location is perfect. The only downside was that the apartment wasn’t very clean. It was a bit dusty, and both the bed sheets and towels had a smell. We ended up washing them ourselves since there was a washing machine available in the apartment. Maybe it was due to the cleaning lady. The coffee machine was also sticky and dirty, so we didn’t use it to make coffee. Other than that, the host was very friendly and responded quickly. I hope my comments will be taken into account to improve the cleanliness, because if that part is taken care of, this would honestly be the perfect apartment to stay in while visiting Dubai.
