Holiday rentals with a patio in Burj Khalifa Lake

Worth every penny PERIODT. This place was immaculate it was the best Airbnb I think I have ever stayed at since I’ve started using the app for 10 years. Host was super cool and responsive we got a chance to meet Frank at the pool who was super friendly and gave us local recommendations. I look forward to the next stay. Thanks you for making my first time in Dubai an experience I’ll never forget.

Nice apartment with beautiful view really liked it

Check-in was easy and nice. The employee, Plessy, welcomed us and guided us to the parking lot and helped us carry the luggage. The location is distinctive and close to Dubai Mall, restaurants and supermarkets are very close The apartment is clean, distinctive, spacious, and the view is fantastic I strongly recommend it to families

The room in Dubai was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect too close to everything we needed. But honestly, what made the stay even better was the host. Super friendly, always available if we had any questions, and just made us feel really welcome. I’d 100% stay here again without thinking twice. Totally recommend!

I am from Indonesia and stayed for 2 nights. Suzanne is the friendly owner and so fast response, all questions are answered quickly, and sent her assistant named Wassim who is also friendly. This is what makes me comfortable, the place is clean and safe with 24-hour security. Flexible also to enter the apartment from the flight that arrives in the morning, best for the owner and recommended to stay longer in Dubai and staying here again. Strategic location and can see Burj Khalifa from the balcony of the room. Close to walking distance to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall only 10 minutes.

Enjoyed Nihal's place. Was very proactive in helping us with local restaurants, supplies, must do things and so on. Property was also as advertised and is located in a paceful area nearby metro. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

This was my second stay at this incredible Airbnb, and it somehow managed to impress me even more than the first time. The apartment is consistently clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But the highlight, once again, is the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa—absolutely unbeatable. Whether it’s morning light reflecting off the tower or the dazzling night lights, it never gets old. It truly feels like you’re in the heart of Dubai. Sherif and Abdallah remain outstanding—helpful, responsive, and felt like family members throughout. I’ll absolutely be coming back for a third stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

The location is super convenient, just 13 minutes from the airport. The lobby looks nice, and the inside is exactly as described on Airbnb. I really like the simple design, especially the marble dining table and wooden coffee table. There are also several essential oil diffusers, which create a nice atmosphere. It’s great that they provide snacks too. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, which is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Very good person and place

Taimur was the best host in my life. Very friendly and helpful. Nicely located apartment next to the canal where you can walk in the evenings. Small restaurants and supermarkets are in short distance. Good gym. Highly recommended.
